Terrible customer service. Asked for the special on cigarettes. Handed him my 20. Realize they never gave me the discount I said that isn't right. He says to late you didn't enter your customer number. Never corrected it made me leave. I'll never go to another bob and Steve's again.

Kids who don't do their job. Make a call and ask a question "what kind of Belgium beer do you carry?" Their answer, "I don't know I don't drink beer." Not the question I asked but.... Ok. So not going to look! Never supporting this gas station or the liquor store joined with it ever again!

I stopped in at 9:30 at the BP at the intersection of G and 64 in new Richmond wi.... The young lady mopping the floor was on her cell phone and there was so much water on the floor it was pooling. I stepped in and turned around and walked out for fear of slipping in the water.... If closing time is 10 o'clock wouldn't you mop after you closed? Instead of putting customers at risk?

I got lost in New Richmond at 3 am coming from Christmas vacation 5 days after Christmas. I looked up 24 hour gas stations because I was low on fuel......... This came up and it said BP was open 24 hours . IT'S NOT. It's misleading so please change this . Please. It's so inconvenient.
