“I’ve had a gym membership at 5 different gyms over the past 9 years and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more at home than here. I have a great support system between Natalie and Brian they both care so deeply on helping you try to achieve your goals and not just as mentors but also as friends. In the past 2 months I have really improved my muscle strength in my left knee from the help of training sessions with Brian that I haven’t been able to correct In years from a previous surgery. Not only is the staff amazing but everyone that comes in are so friendly and it’s truly a place I have made new friends at and enjoy going to everyday to be around my like minded family.”
