The dealership was prepared to return the car to me as they did not find any issues regarding my initial concern of a windshield/roof leak. I insisted they check again, and the issue was found. Then several more issues were detected.After repairs began to take more time, I requested a loaner vehicle. The dealership communicated that one would be made available to me. My wife and I took time away from work and drove 30 minutes to the dealership to the dealership to pick up the loaner, only to be told there was no loaner available. So we drove an hour round trip and took time off work for no purpose.Finally, the car was returned in rather disappointing condition. The inside of the vehicle smelled of oil and dirt from the shop, and the ceiling was covered in stains. None of this was disclosed at the time of payment, which was extremely disappointing to find. I had requested a discount for the inconvenience caused by the loaner miscommunication; had I known of the vehicle's interior state, I would have insisted a discount be provided.We will never be returning to this dealership — for service or for vehicle purchases — in the future and recommend others in the area look elsewhere for service and vehicles.

Awesome experience in every aspect. Was called personally by the GM to work through the deal. Great trade value combined with a really good price on the 2023 F250 we purchased. David, Joey, and the entire finance team were fast and efficient upon arrival. No wasted time. Just good prompt service. We will definitely be back again!!

We purchased an Expedition from Johnson Ford and I cannot say enough about how amazing the whole experience was! Usually buying a vehicle is stressful for us. The incredible customer service we received was above and beyond and made the whole experience enjoyable! We will definitely be purchasing our vehicles from Johnson Ford again. We brought our car here for services and they called and said it was fixed & ready for pick up… But it’s not fixed, we can’t put gas in it which is one of the reasons we told them we needed service in the first place. When I called after we got it back to ask why it’s not fixed they said “Oh well there was another problem but we didn’t mention that to you.” Why not? This was the worst auto repair service experience I’ve ever had & I can not in good conscious recommend a business who does not keep the customer informed nor does the repair they promise to do. Really disappointing. I was not going to leave a review but I received 4 emails asking us to leave a Google review and it seemed like they really wanted feedback so I decided that maybe this can help someone else. I can’t trust that my car will be fixed or that I will be informed so I can’t recommend this business beyond 1 star.

When you walk into Johnson Ford you are immediately welcomed into this dealership family! I live in the Twin Cities and even though it is an awesome and beautiful drive, not too far away, there are Ford dealers all along the way that are closer. But I would never go to anyone else just because of the personalized care and consideration that this place offers. It's an experience you won't get anywhere else! They know what they are selling from hood to rear their knowledge is top notch.

Window would not go up on my 2022 f-150. This happened on a Saturday and they said come down and we can try to tape it up so at least it will be up until we can get it in. They were able to do that on the following Monday they were able to get it in. I received a call that day saying that they would have the part by the next day and have the truck ready by mid week. This is what customer service is all about! Thank you Johnson Motors Ford!Regards,Scott

I’ve had my car in the shop 3 times and all 3 times I’ve had issues. Primary issue is timelines-they are not clear when trying to schedule your life around their timeline. Twice I had issues with techs having to leave-one had puppies I have no idea on this last one. This last time I brought my car in for noise and vibration I could feel in the pedals. I was told it was a rear wheel bearing. Car was fixed and when I went to pick it up I noticed within 2 miles the car still wasn’t right it was still making the noise and vibration I brought it in with. When I took a service tech for a ride the following day he picked up on the sound before leaving the driveway. And when I got the car up to 60 by the airport he knew there was an issue. This is something that should have been picked up on by a service tech. They told me when I picked up the car the second time they would have someone ride along with me to make sure it was right. No one rode with, they just handed over the keys. No follow through with words said. I sent an email to a management contact I was working with explaining my dissatisfaction with this whole experience. Let them make it right, let them apologize for the poor service but have received no response.

Johnson Ford provided an excellent new vehicle purchase and trade-in experience. Even though I went there mid-day Saturday on a holiday weekend, they provided excellent service all the way around—from test driving, financing, explanation of services, and even how to use my new vehicle’s features—I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend Johnson for your vehicle needs.

Johnson Ford and their staff were knowledgeable and accommodating when I was looking for a truck. Joey was especially helpful and took extra steps to make sure my truck was in pristine condition and I understood all of its features. I would definitely recommend Johnson Ford!
