I was surprised to get great pricing even as a cash customer. I'm mostly compelled to write this because I've been there numerous times this week and the customer service has been exceptional, again even as a 'lowly' cash customer.

We will never do business with them again - our contractor uses them. They quoted our project and several items were not included in the quote (adding up to several thousand dollars additional). They shipped items that were different from quote (and more expensive) without explanation and when questioned, it was that other item was not available (then why put on quote). We returned items not used at end of project and they made it seem like it was our fault when it was our contractor who ordered items and then decided not to use. We had to call several times to get copies of invoices and returns - should be sending these out to customers. In the end we showed we had overpaid and they owed us an amount but their records had a lesser amount and when we asked (several times) for copies of invoices/credits so we could reconcile, they just ignored our requests. Quality of goods shipped were not that great either.

I needed a 2x10 but I only needed it 32 in Long I could not fit any longer than that in my car but evidently they don't know how to read a tape measure because they said they couldn't cut it to the exact side I want it

Our first visit, definitely not our last! Kyle Sutton, sales representative, is knowledgeable, patient and a real pleasure to work with, who offered competent information regarding our home remodeling. Great selections on windows and doors! Just an outstanding example of what a lumber yard should be and right here in town. Respecfully, Rich & Vickie Erickson ?.

Needed some lumber for a small job. Checked prices at Menards, dreaded going there. Thought I would give our local store a try. Was i ever glad I did! Josh took my list, entered it on the computer, and I walked out in 10 minutes with a delivery scheduled for the next day. The next morning 2 nice guys put the order in my garage for free!. Quality of lumber was great, and very easy. Best part, price was was better than Menards without all the BS, plus picking and and loading it myself. Great customer service, ordered some more stuff today!

Special ordered a part dependant on measurement. GAVE them the old part. Apparently it wasn't measured as the new part didn't fit. If you need something measured bring your own tape.
