Owner is very helpful when figuring out a repair for an item brought in, and the store is known as a miracle worker who really knows his stuff. Customers have had internet connection problems and lost channels, but the store has accessed the situation and set things right. The store also sells hobby parts and new guitars, and a pitstop in the Delorean can be fixed with a flux capacitor nostalgia fix. The little shack saves many miles of driving out of town.

We have had internet connection problems, lost channels…just a headache trying to get the right people out. Then…we hired the New Richmond Electronics to come out and access the situation. Miracle worker! Really knows his stuff! Wish we would have called months ago. Thank you!
