Holy Jehosaphat! The prices went down since l rented there! How, more fair, can that be?
Every dang time l called with a question l received a call back within 2 hrs. Always polite and respectful. This wasn't my first rodeo with a storage unit but definitely my best experience.
Build more units and the prices go up because YOU basically pay for the owners property. But l see that their prices have gone down. If that isn't fair to anyone then you're shopping wrong!

Dustin is courteous and professional. Our unit was clean and easy to move into. And when we needed another, it was just as nice! We would definitely recommend Sunnyside!!!

I did my research and found Sunny Side Super Storage is my 1st choice. Highly recommend this place!!!Reputable, professionally managed clean facilities, well lit, secured with gate & cameras. I will use them for storage needs again.

It was very easy to get a unit - handled completely online. No appointment needed. You make a gate code, then find the keys in the unit.

Dustin answered calls after hours on a holiday weekend! He helped me get set up with 2 great units and for a great price! The process was a breeze! Thanks Dustin & Sunnyside!Edit: not sure if this place got sold, but if it's still the same owners then this review still applies.

Great customer service. This guy is one of the most pleasant people I have ever worked with. At first there was an issue with my code. He answered my call after hours and gave me a working code. Then I canceled my service and he was so pleasant. I'll come back here some day when I need this service. Awesome job guys.

Renting a unit at Sunnyside Storage was made easy and done quickly. I was able to do so over the phone. Pricing was also very competitive. The unit was spotless when I got there and the locks are included for no extra charge. The second day I messed up getting it locked properly and the owner offered to drive 20 miles to come help me at supper time. Wow! I’m sure happy I figured it out before he came all the way over to fix my rookie mistake! Very easy access to the facility and very good lighting as well. Many of the facilities going up lately are from cooperations and owners you’ll never talk to or see. This owner checks all the boxes including being a local owner who cares about customer service. Dustin the owner also let me know they have a very good camera system. I’ll sleep well knowing my late father’s belongings are stored here at Sunnyside!

Called on renting a unit and the man that answered the phone was terribly rude. There are plenty of other units out there to rent.
