I have been pleased with dependable service from Netwurx for over a decade for my business. The icing on the cake is that they recently recommended Lori Spiegler as a web designer. She has revamped my company website into a fresh, clean look. The site adapts to screen size so it even looks good on a phone screen. And, Lori trained me to take the reins to modify and add pages myself. In all, this was a very positive web development experience.

We had Netwurx internet installed in August and are so happy with it!! It has provided us with reliable, fast internet and at a fixed rate. I also LOVE the customer service! When I had a question I was able to reach a local person and immediately have my question resolved.

Poor customer service came out to install a new antenna on Tuesday our internet was slower and then went out all together. Called tech support said they would send somebody out to fix it the next day it's been 3 days haven't received a phone call or had anybody to show up to fix it.

It cost me $1200 to put this service in a year and a 1/2 ago. There was only one location on my rural property that would align with their receiver and bypass the neighbor's trees. I had to cut pavement out of my driveway and put up a post to run the line. Before I did this I asked him if he was sure those trees would not interfere with my signal in the future. I received that assurance from him. Now that I'm dependent on their service for my employment my connection is poor to fair and and fails. I would highly recommend you use a different service.

RIP OFF but we have no other option right now I pay a ton for a 40mb (30 down, 10 up).Speeds very between 6mb tp 25mb down and 10 up. Most the time my 2 kids can online game and we can watch Netflix at the same time. But when speeds deep it's virtually useless.Both my wife and I now also work from home i only use my hotspot because webex team and outlook use so much data that we both can't use Netwurx at the same time.We've signed up for Elon Musk new Starlink service and can't wait. Speeds will go to 100mb and I'll save $40 each month!

Worst internet provider I think we have ever had. Handles fine during the day but at 5-6pm speeds drop to 1mb, constant connection issues, cant do anything on my computer then. It it like the hamster got tired and decided to stop running cause everyone went home. The issue could be that it is a shared bandwidth network that is being sent to this area so everyone gets home around then and is using it, but you guys need to better optimize that then. Absolutely trash.

My bills have been incorrect multiple times. I upgraded speeds and was charged twice for that month because that is how their billing cycle works as it is inflexible. Speeds are consistently slow and not as what you are promised. Charged service fees for them to come to my address multiple times and them to do nothing, one time they put a card board box around some of the equipment they installed and I was charged for that. Have been stuck without internet for days as they haven’t been able to solve my issues.

Service absolutely has no understanding of putting wires underground. They spliced my wires together last summer, buried them then just recently had internet problems where I had no internet. Called to get service and when they came out the service guy just taped up with electrical tape and reburied and started it's now waterproofed. Electrical tape is not a way to waterproof underground wires you need a waterproof boot around the wires. I have the service protection plan which I was charged $40 originally for a new power cord but recieved bill on Tuesday and they now shut my service off. I have been trying to get a hold of billing since 6 last and no one answers or has yet to return my calls. This is very frustrating.
