The lazy owners and the people they employees were nowhere to be found I've had this happen multiple times at the location. Twice for over 10 minutes I stood there waiting to buy liquor before 9 and they are nowhere to be found until after 9 and then turned me away with no purchase so would essentially waste my time and not get the sale. Gas is also high for the area and they are rude plus the food they keep in the back is left out next to open trash bags. This place should be close down. They also don't speak a fluent full sentence of English. Really productive place of business

Cards never work at the pumps. Attendants cant do simple math when asking for 5 gallons of gas to fill a container. Attendants have a hard time understanding simple numbers.

I'm not sure what happened to this place. They must have gotten a new owner since I was here last. This place used to be busy with customers buying deli items, delicious sausage, and great cuts of meat. The store has unfortunately become a ghost town. I didn't buy anything.

Kid employee with long black hair insisted on charging me for something incorrectly.He wouldn't even get out of his little rolling chair.He insisted that I was wrong because of his own error, told me to not come back because I made him try and do math apparently.Really miss the old bills this place is awful

we have new mngmnt.at bills they have continuously refused me coffee after paying telling me to have cappuccino instead if they need to put up a sign saying no coffee after a certain hour which is absurd the health dept should do a hard inspection of there deli and beverage station im hoping this will prompt others to be aware that this is a hostile environment for patrons and to skip this place and mobil should be notified of there practices I've lived here my lifetime have frequent bills since I was young I will never ever go back to that store bills mobil north prarie wi

Rude service. I asked a simple question and the employee answered me like I was stupid. Also when checking out the other employee was on her phone and too involved to realize the transaction completed and I walked away without a receipt. You would think a place like this would give you great service. I actually get way better service at the gas station at the roundabout in genesee. Very disappointing.

North Prairie cannot live without this place! They have everything you can imagine including fresh meats, huge quality alcohol varieties, bakery, grocery essentials!

New ownership may have them wearing matching shirts, but the place has gone downhill. Apparently, COVID restrictions don’t exist at this store. No employee wheres a mask or puts any care into following any existing health protocols. Concerning knowing this doubles somewhat as a deli. If other stores have to extensively follow rules, this place should as well. I think the previous owners must have cared about their customers’ lives a little bit more.
