The staff inside the store are always friendly and knowledgeable. They are always able to identify the parts and chemicals I need for my pool and hot tub. I also recently had my hot tub serviced for a leak and they were able to identify the leak location and repair it in under an hour despite having to work it tight spaces since my hot tub is sunken into my sunroom floor.

Simply one of the best buying experiences I have ever had!
Kera W is a fantastic sales person, she really knows her stuff, she is infectiously positive, and seems to really love her job.
The company seems honest. There was a problem with my concrete on inspection, instead of doing a half a**ed job and slapping my wife's new hot tub on too steep a slope, they risked the sale and told me I needed a more level base.
Once the new patio was installed, Poolside was quick to respond and had the tub delivered once the concrete was cured. Chris gave me a run down of chemical do's and don'ts. It was a fun conversation and very informative.
Back at Poolside they gave me a chemical analysis of my crummy water and suggestions on how to get everything perfect.
Again, this was a great buying experience, and when you can finally splurge on something as fun as a hot tub, I highly recommend Poolside!

We were on vacation, when we arrived home our pool was a mess. After 24 years we thought we would have to take it down. The staff was so amazing and knowledgeable on the pool chemicals. They really cared and truly wanted to help us. Now our pool looks brand new again after all these years and we haven't ever changed the liner. I am so very grateful. THANK YOU!

I came here to test my water because I could not get any chlorine readings. The PH was low, alkaline was perfect, and was concerned about phosphates. They had kids testing the water, which I was okay with if they knew what they were doing. However, he recommended this alkalinity increaser along with a phosphate solution. I questioned him about the increaser, as I had no issues with alkalinity. He insisted he was accurate. The goods were $98.00!! I added what he said, and the pool was out of whack all over the place. What a mess! I had to spend another 100 dollars with another outfit to get this back in balance. I am sorry I did not get a second opinion after their recommendation. No further visits to this store.

We have had two negative experiences. first was our quest for help with chemicals. they said that everyone was using chlorine and not brohmine as we thought woudl be best for us. They said they really don't sell much bromine based treatment products. we noticed a big shelf that was bromine but completely empty as they were sold out. We went elsewhere and use bormine and love it. Second was service for a leak. The repare crew found the leak but didn't have the epoxy to fix it. they came back when the weater was warmer and applied the fix. they said they never had it fail. It did. They said if it didn't fix it it would be a major call back with expense to match. I applied sealent and fixed it in 5 minutes. I called to report the failure and that I fixed it myself and they were wondering why I was bothering them. I will try not to bother them again.

Always had great experience with everyone here. The field techs are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. Be nice to them. Just like anything else, if you are mean you get what you give. I no longer use there scheduled service. Just checking my testing I do and buying parts n chemicals. They services my Dolphin without question when it stopped working. Warranty work but still, very quick and knowledgeable. Great pool store. Thanks Jake.

This company opened my daughters inground pool in her new home. The previous owners did not open the pool last year. It was a giant swamp. The guys said “oh they’ve seen worse “ For 400.00 they started the pump , uncovered and folded the cover up and poured in 4 gallons of liquid chlorine. They were upset because they were there longer than they planned because of a heater and pump electrical issues from the previous owners.the kept telling her they had 6 more pools and had to go. They were there 1 hour and 10 minutes. They told her to run her pump, backwash in a week and it will be fine. 4 pucks in the automatic dispenser and she’ll be good to go. REALLY !! They didn’t even test the water. They couldn’t give her anymore information on how to clean the mess up. 3 weeks later its still messed up. She tried to call and talk to the manager, all She got was the run around. I hope others get better QUALITY service than my daughter did. Don’t spend your hard earned money here.

Poolside has been a great place to work with. We purchased a used spa from them last year in the height of Covid. They have been very helpful with advice and when we had some issues. Kera has been great to work with.
