“Great experience from the beginning. Alyssa was able to get my dog, Echo, in for an appointment the very next morning after I called, even though I was a new patient. We saw Dr. Vogel who was so very kind, calming and informative. She was great with Echo, who loved her. Dr. Vogel laid out all the possible treatment options and offered to get me estimates for all the options. She even offered testing that Echo has never had done...in 8 years of struggling with the same problem. FIVE vet clinics I've taken my dog to, and this was the first one that suggested a test that made so much sense. Echo has further testing scheduled, but we already have started to get answers. They've been so patient with all my calls to the office regarding her ups and downs, and Dr. Vogel was so kind when I broke down in tears at one point. Kaitlyn was amazing in helping get us the RXs we needed and Alyssa showed me how to administer my dogs new shots. Overall, a fantastic experience and I'm glad I went. Hope to stick with them years to come!”

She was incredibly professional and helpful. She talked me through everything she saw and was doing and offered me suggestions and options for treatment. I am very happy with the care I received. Their rates are incredibly competitive as well. The invoice came out significantly lower than I had anticipated.”
