“JD Customs helped me out right after an accident. AAA called them on out to help me in Tomah which was a little drive for them. I had originally wanted to take my car to a different shop but after looking at their reviews I asked if there was any way I could have it brought to them. They helped me out and were great communicators along the way. I hope not to ever been in an accident again but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to have it brought to JDs.”

“On our way to the North Woods for vacation, our truck broke down. It needed a wheel bearing replaced, and the mechanics were getting ready to leave for the day. They checked to see if they had the part, and it was in stock. One of their mechanics, Matt, agreed to stay over after hours to help us out since we were on our way to vacation. The staff there is super friendly, very professional, and very accommodating. They literally saved our vacation! Matt deserves a raise! “These guys are awesome and super friendly. Today they helped us out when no other shops would. Our car was struggling to stay on the highway on the wintery roads. They took look at our tires and made sure they weren't too loose. They balanced and rotated the tires, and also fixed our broken windshield fluid line. We we're back on the road after 30 minutes, and felt much safer on the road.”

“Driving between Kenosha and Fargo started to get a transmission fault message. Checked the fluid and it was dry. Filled up, started again. An hour later same thing. Nervous, I pulled off the highway expecting the worst. Found Kolve's there and asked if they could look at it.
They identified the problem in minutes and had me back in the road an hour later. Price was more than fair, especially considering I just stopped by looking desperate.
Not sure if I'll be in the area again any time soon, but good to know there are competent and honest shops out there. If you're local and looking for a repair, I definitely recommend.”
