I have been going to this location for at least ten years and had nothing but great experiences. However, that has all flown out the window since last November. I called to make an appointment because I was in pain. Lots of pain. They could not schedule me for at least two weeks because I had to have my annual checkup first. When I did finally get in, the hygienist knew nothing about my pain complaint. I did have inflamed gums around the area that were hurting, so they gave me some suggestions, sold me an expensive mouth rinse, and had me schedule a cleaning. I had the cleaning done with no significant relief. I scheduled another appointment online (7am) and noted that it was for pain. I got a call a couple of days before because they had me scheduled as a new patient. I corrected them, and they let the appointment stand. Due to bad weather, I was 7 minutes late. SEVEN. MINUTES. They said I would now have to reschedule.I don't know what happened to the clinic that was anxious to take care of me, but it no longer exists.
