It's a bank. The only "odd" thing or complaint (if you would even consider it one) is it is in a somewhat awkward place, complicated to get to and just situated weird. I really don't understand what the engineers/planners/architects were thinking.

Friendly staff with a clean environment. Parking is kinda of tight at times but such is life.

Do not recommend getting any notoriety done here. I am a customer here and I have never had such problems. I can not say what the notoriety was for but long story short it was a hassle and even my lawyer said they never heard of such things.

No urgency to have an item of fraud taken care of, despite providing DL and SS. No solutions. Did not listen to my answers before incorrectly drawing conclusions. Overall experience makes me want to run from Associated Bank in the future.

I love coming to this Associated Bank. They are all friendly and very helpful. This is the only branch I will come to is oak creek.

Normally have good experiences at this bank but today I’ve been to the oak creek win branch twice for a debit card. The first time the lady told me she was a busy and was the only banker so I left. I come back and go to the same lady to be told some other woman is the only banker and i need to sit and wait. Not understanding why there is only one banker who can help people but there are 3 or 4 others standing around. Considering changing banks

STAY AWAY!!! THEY BREAK DEPOSIT AGREEMENTS, BREAK FEDERAL REGULATIONS OF BANKING, STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THREATEN YOU!!!! i cant believe I'm in an investigation process for them trying to take $8,000 STAY AWAY!
