I am so glad I came to the oak creek location. I got to work with the store manager, Jake, and he was fabulous! He saved me over $60 a month an even got me 2 new lines and a watch! Thank you!!!

Walked into the store and was greeted by Jake. He was already handling customers but made an effort to greet me upon coming in. While I was waiting I witnessed Jake expertly listen and resolve other customers needs in a detailed and caring manner. While I was being taken care of Jake was able to greet and provide other customers without any delay. Everything involving my transaction was carefully explained in detail and offers were made aware to me that I had not previously known about so I was able to get other merchandise for a great deal. Overall a great expert speedy experience I will go out of my way to come to this store if I need ATT assistance in the future.

Have tried to visit the store twice and each time there was a sign on the door saying closed. Once the note said there was a busted water pipe and the second time Emergency back at 12pm. Time to shop elsewhere?
Update: sales associate ordered the wrong phone for me. Wish I had gotten his name. I would take away the 1 star if I could, find another store. Nick at the Franklin WI location was very helpful.

Having issuing with my account since i came here in November. After walking in and getting help from an associate, he stopped and said he had to help someone else because they had an appointment, but he would still be helping me. I was patient and let him do his thing, but he input my address incorrectly and shipped my new iPhone 15 there. AT&T has tried to charge me full price multiple times for this phone even though it was returned to the sender. Ended up having to PAY to open a new line, to get this fixed when I had my previous number for 18 years. I was also told my bill would stay the same, it’s now $20 higher. He also added my email to someone else’s account, now I get their monthly bill and account number sent to me. Tried going back to the store for help and the manager just kept trying to push their WiFi on me. Ended up calling customer service multiple times to get billing fixed, spent over 2 hours on the phone at one point to fix billing from charging me $300/mo and they were also unable to remove my email from the persons account that continues to send me their personal information.

Went to Best Buy and purchased an unlocked phone. They did not want anything to do with me as far as transferring all my stuff from my old phone to my new. I came to this AT&T location and they helped me with no questions asked and no charge. Great customer service and a friendly staff.
