Walked into excellent service! Was greeted when I walked in to see if I need help with anything. I don’t know much about cars but the store manager, Alan, was so helpful and took the time to help me with the items for my vehicle. He delivered excellent care and was so kind in the process and even showed me how to do something for the next time. I will be returning every single time for car related things!

The store manager Allen was wonderful! He changed out my battery in my car (in between rain pours may I add) and retested the battery and alternator to ensure my car was up to par again. Definitely will be returning if I need parts again.

I came to this Auto Zone because my battery light came on. I was greeted by a friendly woman named SyMone. She tested my charging system for free and told me that, unfortunately, my battery was bad. She showed me all the available batteries and even recommended one for me. She swapped it out in record time… all the while being friendly and professional. I can tell she enjoys her job. I appreciate that. Thank you!

I have usually had reasonably good experiences at this store and have gone there a number of times.
My daughter bought a replacement battery at the store late yesterday afternoon. When installing it for her I felt a sharp pain in a healing cut I’ve had on a finger for several days. I suspected battery acid and a quick check confirmed a leak. We returned that battery and the store gave us a replacement. Same thing happened—acid dripped from the caps.
I returned that battery this morning. The clerk accused us of damaging the batteries. He stated with 2 such occurrences there was no other explanation. I was taken aback by his groundless claim. I told him it was “piss-poor” customer service. I perhaps should have avoided that description but I wasn’t expecting an attack for no good reason.
The clerk demanded that I leave and get my battery elsewhere, which I did. He did fully refund my daughter’s payment. All the same there’s no excuse for treating customers the way this clerk treated me.

I could not get my headlight bulb back in after taking the bad one out. I came over here to AutoZone and both of the employees helped me and got it back in. I would for sure tell everyone to come here. My dog and i were so hot so they let me bring my dog inside to cool off while the manager was fixing the light. Got it all fixed. Totally grateful for the help. Thank you.

Not necessarily a reflection of the staff and location overall; however, my issue lies with the fact that the app & website all portray same day delivery even on Sunday. Yet, upon waiting hours, I was finally called to tell me my order was actually not in stock and after calling multiple other stores to finally find one with stock, they informed me they don't offer same day delivery on Sundays anyway. Very frustrating, now I have to wait 24-72 hours for my canceled order to be refunded etc. This store is fine, no issues but they're being put into a bad situation by corporate indicating in accuracies in stock and services. Online indicated product was in stock and same day delivery before 6pm but in reality, it is not in stock and they don't offer same day delivery at least not at all on Sundays.
