“Jennifer & Jacob were very helpful on our multiple visits & calls to US Bank due our bank account being compromised during a data breach. They were able to do things that calls to the Fraud Department & Customer Service were not able to accomplish like ordering new debit cards, closing the compromised account, etc.
Jennifer also has helped our family with notary services. This branch can have long lines at times but the customer service is outstanding. Jennifer even called weeks later to check in to see if we needed anything further. Thank you for helping our family at this difficult time.”
