“I chose to go to Tilsner after I was estimated over 4 grand to fix cosmetic damages by insurance. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! All around great customer service, communication and attention to detail. The team here definitely has your back as a customer, unnecessary and costly replacement pieces that weren’t damaged yet still flagged were left fine as is, that money went towards what my car really needed at the time. I cant imagine how much I’d have missed out on if I went anywhere else! Got my car back better than expected, freshly detailed even some cookies on my way out.

“I cannot say enough good things about Ivan and his business. A colleague recommended Royal Auto Body when I was rear-ended and needed a repair on my cracked bumper. Ivan was immediately a friendly face and took a thorough look at my car to be sure there wasn't more damage. He was respectful of my desire to only get a quote to start (the other driver wanted to pay cash). When I decided to go with Royal, Ivan was able to schedule me on a convenient day and my car was ready before he'd scheduled it to be. He was able to get new after-market parts and bring the repair in slightly under the quote. To top it all off, Ivan did some light repair on a dent in my front bumper without my asking and for no charge. This alone says so much about what kind of guy he is and the work he does. I highly recommend Royal Auto Body for great communication, customer service, fair pricing, and quality work.”

“Amazing experience! My car was side swiped by a semi truck and pretty close to being totaled. I called Custom Autos and Jeff immediately offered to have a tow truck come pick up the car to bring it to them. My car had damage to the entire driver side which required new doors, a new quarter panel and lots of wiring due to all the sensors in the car that were in the door and bumper that got ripped off during the accident. Jeff had all hands on deck and even with the holidays (both Christmas snd New Years) and 2 heavy snow days, Custom Autos had my car back to me in less than 6 weeks. “I am 55 years old and have always searched for an honest mechanic and body shop. I did not think they existed until we started having our vehicles serviced at Cartech Collision. They are extremely knowledgeable on all makes and models of vehicles. They go above and beyond to make the customer satisfied but they are also honest enough to tell it like it is. We tend to purchase older vehicles which need more repairs and they do everything they need to do in order to get us back on the road as soon as possible. They are very reasonable in their pricing and give different options, depending on cost for the repairs. Also, they do not up costs by suggesting services that are not absolutely necessary. We have 4 drivers in the family that are extremely happy with Cartech's service and have 4 vehicles that do not get serviced anywhere else! Why don't you give them a call today!”
