I had an item that rung up wrong and I was confused because my total was higher than I thought it would be. The clerk explained that one item was priced higher than scanned so he manually adjusted it. He explained this to me in a nice way :)

BP is clean and has great customer service and the Pub41 bar in the back is fully stocked and operating bar! Clean with casino machines!

I've been coming to this gas station for about 8 years, and it used to be great, but recently the service has really gone downhill. The two cashiers, a girl and a boy, are always on their phones and talking in a foreign language. They barely acknowledge customers and have a lot of attitude. They don't even greet people properly. It's a shame because this place was much better before, but these employees clearly don't know how to treat customers.

I went in today and have asked about Mike, the manger, because I haven’t seen him in several months. It’s sad to hear he has passed away! I’m very sorry to hear this. He was a great guy and one of the best workers.
Prayers are sent and may the good Lord rest his soul.

Been purchasing from this BP for 10 yrs. Sarah and the crew are no longer there and service is bad. Guy behind counter is 90% on his phone, not personable, etc. But this is not the problem. I've been purchasing something for over a year there and price has been very consistent, until recently. Starting in Dec I wondered why the usual teller scanned something else rather than what I picked? Then, a different teller actually scanned what I was buying and found out. I was being fleeced, only a dollar, but fleeced nonetheless and it adds up over a year. When I asked the usual teller to scan it in late Dec he refused, said all were same price (not true). Different teller scanned it on NYD and sure enough, dollar less. Just went in today, I had him pick it out this time thinking that would force him to scan it, HE MANUALLY TYPED IN THE HIGHER PRICE!!!! Asked him to scan it, he refused, told him that the last person that scanned it, the product came up a dollar less than what he was charging and that the lesser price matched the neighboring vendors for the same product. In short, this guy was crooked and I will not be returning to this store which is a shame because I've been going there for 11 years. Service has not only fallen off, it is imploding taking the store with it. Good riddance.

Went to cash in $50 worth of lottery tickets and I believe the cashier stole one as I was only given $35. I brought in 3 of them and he said I only brought in 2 yet I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Been coming here for many year but won’t anymore

Im really sad to say it but this place has gone down hill since Sarah and her staff have been gone. Cashiers don't acknowledge you not even with a smile. Every cashier is always on their phone speaking a foreign language. The pumps used to be full store was always buzzing and now it's like a ghost town. Don't go here unless you want to be over charged and under appreciate!

I love this place and one of the nicest ladies ever works there, Jen. She is more familiar with my bf then me but she's super nice and don't have an attitude with customers and helpful. Even told her she had pretty eyes before lol. Actually wrote my name down and phone number to place an application or try working there. ? but I feel like someone threw it away ? bit won't say names. But most people there know enough about people so there's that. And of course can't forget OG, he's the coolest chillest man there, I believe he does maintenance? Cleans up every. Won't put his name out here because I know he wouldn't want that. But there's another guy there as well who's cool, every time I get a vape from there either him (don't know his name) & JEN are very cool and respectful. I hope to be apart of the team to be honest ? ? But also, I firmly believe you guys should start selling more,Bon Appetit, "Concha French Sweetie" rolls. They are my favorite and a lot of others tend to love them. But I literally go to pilot every Wednesday and Thursday and buy a ton, they are 2 for $5 with the rest of the other bon appetit treats they sell. But I always buy them all eventually lol. I'm obsessed and they aren't everywhere, I was surprised and so happy when my bf came home and said guess what they had at BP, "they had just ONE at Bp" and it was a concha. I was so happy. Literally that exact flavor/one. When I worked at pilot or loves, they sold them, not loved but pilot did.! And still does. But they run out fast and don't usually get a lot so much. I keep being told "we're going to put in a lot more for ya" ? ? so we'll see but just thought to bring it up, I'll come to BP more then we do already and buy them all. Promise you.! So please ? ? anyway you guys do a great job maintaining the place and have a few great/nice and respectful employees. I love the variety of the vapes there and so on. Again I would love to work there. Hopefully next time I'm there, Jen can write down my information again. And you won't regret hiring me by the way. ????

Carwash isn't open until Monday morning 01/22/2024. Too cold out and the soap and water will freeze. So please stop asking or trying to bribe the cashier to let you in. Thanks
