Absolutely the worst place to get a car from placed my order and it’s been delayed already three times now they’re trying to deliver it in another week so sick it is $23,000 and I gotta wait another week because they keep pushing it off. I recommend that nobody gets a car from here absolutely junk place. Oh, and if you cancel your order, then you lose out $290 delivery fee because of their screwup talk about fraud take your money, place your order and because they keep screwing up I gotta pay for it.

Tried to sell our car here. The car has a chunk of the front bumper missing from hitting foreign debris on the freeway, so we made sure to explain that in detail on the appraisal. Take the car there, the guy takes a look at it and implied we lied on the appraisal because we didn’t say it was in an accident. Tried to explain it wasn’t in an accident and it was only the bumper itself that was damaged. He was dismissal, refused to help correct the appraisal and told us to come back another day once we filled it out again. Tried to fill out a new appraisal and the site doesn’t let you fill out a new appraisal until the current offer is expired. Complete waste of time. Won’t be going back.Update: went to a different company and they appraised and accepted the car no problem. The experience I was hoping to get from Carvana but didn’t.

Worst car buying experience ever!!!!! I started the purchase process a week ago. I submitted all my paperwork and paid the down payment plus the additional delivery fees. I scheduled for the car to come on a day and time that would work around my work schedule. Looking in my portal I see that it still said processing so I decided to reach out via the text. I was told everything was fine and that the delivery was set for the time I choose which was Jan 6th from 5-8. They waited until 4pm to send me and email stating paperwork wasn’t finished and that I would have to reschedule. I called in and spoke to 3 different reps who couldn’t give me an explanation as to why. Then one rep said they’re waiting for the funds. I argued the funds has been out of my account since the 10th of January he confirmed it was initiated on the 8th of January but still see that it’s processing. Now I’m being told I have to wait until January 17 from 2-5 which is an inconvenience for me because I work. I asked to speak to a supervisor to assist with the situation and was told they will schedule someone to call back. This is by far the worst company to deal with and I think it’s best to back out and find someone else to purchase a car through. Looking at other reviews they aren’t selling cars with the true mileage and bad breaks. This company will soon be in a law suit.

I just bought a car and picked it up on the 28th. The whole car-buying process was straightforward. The problem I'm having is that they sold me a car saying it had 72999 miles but it had 74k plus miles I wasn't even mad about that until I heard my break scrubbing. So I took it to the shop thinking it was under the warranty, but come to find out since they lied about the miles it wasn't. I called the warranty company and explained the situation. So they told me since I didn't mention it to them in the 7-day return policy there was nothing they could do. When I mentioned to them that the car fax shows that the mileage read 73145k miles and not the 72999 mileage and shows they lied about the mileage. So at the moment the miles on my truck is 74763 miles. Even with the car fax and the miles where they at not how can I put 1618 miles on my car in 9 days? They equal to 179.5 miles a day. To make a long story short they refuse to pay for my breaks even though it was their fault for lying about the milage smfh. Lesson learned though I guess

Never will buy from this dealer again. I bought a vehicle 10/4/23. It came needing an oil change and a half tank of gas not the biggest issue but still annoying. In the contract they had a line about transferring your plates and I asked the sales rep multiple times about needed to do anything at the dmv and she assured me "nope the process is all taken care of" only to get a ticket in the mail from the NJezpass for my old vehicle and old plates having a traffic violation. I submitted to the NJezpass system my documentation that shows when I bought the car my new car and sold one with my old plates. I still got message of another infraction with my old vehicle. When trying to talk to customer service they just gave me lip service that I should've beought this to their attention in the 7 days trial period I had the vehicle. I apologize for assuming "everything is all taken care of" means everything is taken care of. Will never purchase another vehicle from this place again. What a jokeFollowing up after spending all day on the phone I asked them how was my car sold without a transfer of title I got more of the runaround. I finally went to the DMV myself and did what they told me they didm The DMV said this is a common occurrence with Carvana. The biggest thing that let me down is the fact when I talked with support they flat out refused to let me talk with a supervisor or do anything to make this right. This whole experience makes me deeply regret buying a car through Carvana and how they're staff has acted during this whole process really has me regretting mt decisions and making me wish I wouldve given another dealership or brand my business. Consumer be very aware if you get a car through Carvana you cant trust their word for anything so make sure you do all your homework and follow through on everything yourself

Surprisingly easy? Filled out the forms online. Drove up. Verified everything. Handed over keys. Deposit initiated towards bank. Total of about 5 mins to process. Very satisfied.

Carvana made the car buying process almost too easy. After a few weeks of searching they have a wide range of inventory that I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The delivery and pickup process was flawless as well. I had a light indicator that came up (was something due to a button I pushed) and went back the lady was so kind to show me what it was and why it went off. Would recommend.

I've had my car for 7days check engine light is on needs ball joints and front end work. I have maintenance scheduled next week which was the soonest I could get in. Hopefully I don't have to miss work. Buying process was easy which was good but my 2020 with 55k miles drives more like a car with 100k after the 7 day money bk guarantee

I purchased a vehicle from Carvana. I scheduled my delivery for Saturday. 2 hours before delivery, I received a text stating that my delivery day will be 10 days out. The delivery driver was nice enough to call me. He informed me that the key fob was not connecting to the car.? He attempted to change the batteries and it still didn’t work. He told me it was best to contact the company to swap out the car for another one. The car I initially swapped out for was 5 years older, more miles and the same car note I was paying for my original choice. Needless to say, I cancelled altogether. This was going to be my first financing experience and due to my schedule, I have limited time to go to the dealership. I ended up going to my local car dealership that day. Got a way better deal and a way better car. The company I purchased my car from said that I wasn’t the first customer who had this same issue. This week alone. My advice, go to a dealership. More reliable and way lower interest rates!

This was by far the worst car buying experience ever. After filling out my contracts, getting my insurance taken care of, and finally driving two hours to go pick up the car I was supposed to buy just to be told that they didn’t know where the car was. They wouldn’t flat out say what the issue was, where the car was or why I couldn’t be called beforehand. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and attempt to reschedule the car delivery date. Some instinct told me to contact them before I headed out there again. They gave me the run around trying to assure me that they had the car in their possession, but wouldn’t say flat out if it was on their lot. After hours of back and forth it was finally admitted that they didn’t know where the car was, they assured me it would be in on the delivery date we had set and to be sure to sign my contracts. I assured them I wouldn’t be signing anything until they had a car on their lot. They never called me to confirm they had the car and would have had me drive another two hours there and back a second time because they still didn’t have the car. Luckily I cancelled the transaction and will never waste my time there again. They are unorganized, and unwilling to compensate for anyone’s time or money or even work with you to find a satisfactory solution for both parties. Don’t waste your time.

The process was good until the delivery... The truck I bought needed work that should not have passed the "150" point inspection they brag on. It needed spark plugs, drive shaft work, new brakes and rotors..... They had me take it to the suggested place for warranty work.... They use Firestone in my city which is not a recommended place for more then lol changes. they kept my truck 3 days after having to wait 3 days to get it in. My 7 day trial was extended until the work was completed but they take your trade and it's gone so if you do not have another vehicle you are stuck..... I liked the truck so I kept it but will be having it checked out by a dealership to make sure it's right. My experience is unique as I have friends with better results in this buying process. But the the overall pre-purchase steps are a good touch, just hopefully they are not selling LEMONS!

My experience with Carvana has been a positive one. Everything went very smoothly from the initial selection to the delivery. The vehicle runs well, but, I have only one concern and that is that there were some internal issues that were visible to the naked eye that should have been taken care of.

Carvana?....RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! Absolute worst experience EVER! Please keep in mind that I DO write both good and bad reviews a lot but this review was a MUST!I ordered my car online and was given a 9/1/23 expected delivery date. On 8/31, I was informed that upon transport, the side mirror had been knocked off and needed to be replaced, new delivery date was 9/8. On 9/7, I was informed that the car had not yet been repaired and that the new date was 9/14. When I FINALLY received my car, there was a HUGE scratch on the driver's side door, obviously from when the mirror was knocked off that clearly had been tried to be covered up. Carvana surprisingly did agree later to cover the cost of repair on the scratch after MANY phone calls and photos. After a full inspection, I was also told that there was seepage visible on the transmission (a very small leak). Did Carvana agree to pay for that being only the 4th day I'd had the car??......Of course not! Unless I sent them a live video of the transmission fluid literally coming out and hitting the ground, they would not cover the $1,100 repair! Carvana is a joke! They hide things about their cars, hoping their customers don't find out. Their customer service is atrocious, and they love to pass you off to the next person because nobody seems to know remotely what they're doing. Notice how you can't write a review on their website unless they send you an invite to do so??!! I'm returning the car but writing this to hopefully save someone a huge headache and a bunch of time! AVOID CARVANA! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE establishment that I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to endure!
