Oak Creek's JPMorgan Chase branch does seem to do a lot to help people prepare for retirement and such. If only JPMorgan Chase itself would switch to investing in renewable energy and stop being the number two investor of fossil fuels globally (as of last year) and STOP FUNDING DEFORESTATION, perhaps their reputation would get better.

Great customer service at this location all around, but I’d say the bank is really made to be great because the service provided by Mary M. and Patti G.I’ve been a customer of Chase Bank all the way back to the Bank One days in South Milwaukee. Mary M. Has been a staple of that bank and customer service for over 30 years of my banking history. Thank you to her for such great service over the years. She’s one of the best and a lot of younger folks in the industry should model themselves after her. Thanks Mary M.!!! We are lucky to have you!!

This branch sucks. It NEVER has cash available at the ATM’s outside. Completely worthless IMO.

What a worthless branch. No one ever picks up the phone and Chase support swears they can't contact the branch for us. We can't go in person and it's even a security concern. Would you trust a bank you can't speak with?

I've been a Chase customer for years. Weather I need to visit the branch or call customer service I am always treated with kindness and they always resolve any issue or answer questions promptly. The ladies in the drive-thru are always pleasant and efficient. Olivia was always wonderful to go to for my banking needs. I would recommend Chase for anyone's banking needs.

Have been customer with chase for ten years. Worst chase branch ever. Never picks up phone, poor customer service. Doesn’t live upto standards of chase bank. Switched my business to Racine branch which is way better- even though I have to drive long.

The wait time to process a transaction at this branch are excessively long. When trying to call this branch, to speak with anyone, the automated answering system indicates there is no one available to take the call. I have been attempting to speak with this branch for over 30 minutes. Very disappointing and frustrating

I was very disappointed in the level of service at this Chase branch. I went in at 1105 in the morning to ask a question about my account to one of the associates that are no tellers. I was told by one of the tellers that all the folks that could answer that question where at lunch. I was further told, that I would have to make an appointment to talk to one of these folks. So, at this Chase location, one has to make an appointment in order to ask a question. Very disappointed in how this branch operates. I need to make an appointment to ask a question!! Unbelievable

Had an appointment today with Olivia to open a saving’s. She was super nice and answered all of our questions. She deserves a raise. Thank you Olivia!

Unfortunately ever since Covid-19, the customer service at this location has been horrible. I have been a client of this location/bank for over 20 years and the last 3 months of the terrible customer service as well as inconsistent policies have made me start looking for another financial institution. COVID-19 is not a reason to treat customers with a complete lack of respect.

Very negative experience in a time of need. Needed to open a new checking, because of fraud and they wouldn't let me do it because of CDC guidelines. Why is the lobby even open then?
