Went in on Tuesday, Dec 26th to get some product, Place was closed, not sure why. Went Wed to get my hair done, great job by the stylist, but no mouse to use in my hair and none to buy. shelves are very empty of product. Are you closing this location?

I'm not sure how anyone can give this place a bad review. The ladies who work they're work extremely hard ,go an extra mile to try to make customers happy. Adrianna does my hair and I love going to her. She's very easy to tt. I ENJOY her. ? she will try very hard to give you what you want.

I had an appointment today at this location, there was only 1 stylist working and she was cutting someone elses hair. she was doing this ladies hair for the hour i was waiting. I walked out without saying anything. Worst customer service I’ve had. I will never go back

Lexie is amazing! I went to her for my first time ever color. I wasn’t sure what to expect and so worried, but I was blown away with the results. She knew exactly what to do, listened carefully and did an amazing job. Everyone complimented the color change. I am moving to a different state and I wish I can have Lexie move with me. I can’t trust anyone with my hair.Service: Ombre hair color

It's fine for a quick haircut. Nothing fancy I wouldn't come here for an intricate cut. The lady missed my front layers, but there was alot going on for her that day so I'm going to say it was probably just an off day.

I been customer of cost cutters from last 20 years and since Brian left every one seems so disinterested so do their jobs. They tell you over the ph that they have no time but when you go there they are sitting doing nothing. I called today for toning of hair and they told me that they are not comfortable doing it. I am not understanding how come they can decide on the ph. Such bad customer service. Never go there again. !

Made an appointment online for wash and cut. Get there, lady tells me no time for wash just cut. I was like fine, just cut then. I proceed to tell her what I want and she interrupts me and assumes what I want and doesn't let me finish. Cuts my hair in a rush and sends me on my way. Three stars is me being generous because at least she didn't totally mess up my hair. Needless to say, never going back there again.

We brought in a young man with autism for a walk-in haircut. Margarita was so friendly, gentle, understanding, patient, and quick. We sincerely appreciate her and the great haircut! ❤️

Walked in to get a trim about 2” inches no MORE walked out with 6” inches off the back of my hair 5” inches off the front/ sides .. I showed her a picture of what I liked and she replied “ you want to go that short “ I said NO I want a longer Version of the style only two inches cut off and NO layers well I did get what I asked for and yes I am very mad I called up, talked to Lexi and I asked her for a refund I’m Told no but she can cut it to make it look like the picture!!!! I’m telling you it’s already to short why would you tell me you can cut it to make it look like this picture?????? why would she tell me she can put layers in it so it seems to angle more!!! If I said I don’t want layers and here your telling me you can put layers HELLO I DO NOT WANT LAYERS And I told both Margarita and Lexi I don’t use a flat iron my hair is already very dry and split ends what with neither one of them listening to my directions I want a full refund I did not get what I asked for I want to talk to corporate office but no one will give me the number … I tried sending a message

Absolute garbage. Booked an appointment online,walked in and the one person working here said sorry there is no availability. Didn't come to the front, didn't address us at all in fact. Continued doing what she was doing while talking to us across the storefront. Blamed the online system and said people don't get a confirmation email and think the appointment is booked.....we got the confirmation email.
