I was watching the tracking map, courier was one stop away, then suddenly it said an attempt was made but no one was home. Bro, I was literally looking out my front window, no driver or delivery vehicle came anywhere near my house. Now I've wasted my day AND I'll have to drive 10 miles to get the package at a service point in TWO DAYS. This shipping service is expensive and a joke, look elsewhere.

Read some negative reviews prior to driving an hour to DHL, but had an excellent experience, and wanted to highlight the efforts of the quick, efficient, thorough service received by the in-store clerk Jason (I believe that was his name. Started w/ a J....younger guy...late 20s/early 30s). I arrived quite uninformed of the detailed process of mailing a package internationally. He put my mind to rest and took care of all the details. He was polite, knowledgeable, informed, helpful, answering all my questions precisely. I was out of there in 20 minutes max. Throughout the process, I was able to track the package via the 800 number. Those clerks were also great-providing details such as how the package passed certain ports and dog checks on its way to Europe. I would definitely recommend DHL in Oak Creek for your package needs and hope you have the pleasure of having Jason serve you. (For customers: Know that some countries do require duty taxes and other fees upon arrival, so be aware. It isn't DHL's responsibility to know that, but ours, as a consumer.)

Andrew went above and beyond for making an international shipment easy. He explained everything and provided clear, concise directions. Extremely professional and kind to us, and everyone who came in the door. Overall made our shipping process seamless, quick and easy. First time customers, drove over an hour and was worth the trip. 5-star for your fantastic customer service and support- thank you, Andrew!

Horrible Delivery Service! I will never order anything from a company that uses this company as a delivery service. Incompetent staff from the drivers to the customer service staff. No managers on duty to deal with the incompetent staff, drivers.-10

Since the DHL drivers originate from Oak Creek, I will post this here. What an awful company. I am having major issues with a driver who is supposed to pick up a DHL package for return. The package was scheduled to be picked up on Tuesday Jan 16th 2024 between 4:15 and 6:15pm CST. The driver showed up at 2:47pm, almost an hour and a half earlier than the scheduled time frame! No one was home at that point in time.I called DHL to inform them of the situation and the customer service agent I spoke to put in a request for the driver to come back before 5pm. The driver never showed. So I rescheduled the pick up for Thursday 1/18/2024 between 4pm and 6pm. Well, the driver shows up TODAY Wednesday 1/17/24 at 3:02pm. My husband, who was not home, spoke to the DHL driver via our Ring doorbell. The driver says he comes when he is in the area, and that he basically refuses to come during the scheduled time because they are "understaffed". (What does that have to do with honoring a timeframe??) He also said we should leave the package outside on the door step. This is an expensive package, I am not just going to leave it on my doorstep. My husband asked the driver if he could come back at the scheduled time of 4pm on Thursday, and he flat out said he won't and said we will have to take it to Oak Creek to drop it off!!! That is 40 minutes from our house!!! SO WHAT GOOD IS SCHEDULING A PICK UP WINDOW IF THE DRIVER REFUSES TO COME DURING THE SCHEDULED TIMEFRAME???? This driver should lose his job. I have filed a complaint against the driver, I have everything he said on Ring video and have sent the video to DHL so they can see what an insubordinate employee they have. I will never use this company again and will not order from any merchants who use DHL to ship.

I am so upset. Their tracking stated a delivery attempt was made but no one was home! The delivery address was the UPS store and the attempted delivery time was during business hours. I updated delivery to one of their HUBS that was scheduled for November 8th as of today November 16 no delivery tracking and I am now being told the delivery is on HOLD! When can I expect my package? It’s simple.

Beware, do not reschedule a delivery. I rescheduled a delivery of an expensive package to a day that I was available to pick it up, several days after the expected delivery date. The day I was expecting to receive this package, I heard nothing from DHL. I had to call at the end of the day and jump through their phone system to get to a human being who would only tell me that my package was rescheduled to be delivered tomorrow. What a joke.
