My computer was not working properly and was extremely slow. I was greeted by a technician named Steve who I found to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He cleaned malware off of my computer and sold me a solid state hard drive as an upgrade. Wow, what a difference! Highly recommend this place!

Awesome attitudes, quick response very reasonable prices.I had some keyboard issues tried to fix it myself with some google help and made it worse Called them dropped it off. They ordered a new keyboard. In the meantime they gave me a auxiliary USB keyboard. They installed a day after it arrived and I was down for less than a day. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRICING.

Came to DK systems with what I thought was a power supply issue. Turns out it was the motherboard. Had a backup at home and they replaced it and had it up and running in a matter of hours. Can't say enough about the service and how fast it was. Thanks again!

I have bought all my computers from DK Systems for over 20 years. When I bought the first one modems were dial-up! They have always supplied a good product and a good service. I'm probably on my 5th computer (they last well for me). When I have any kind of an issue their service has been very good. I've transitioned from the old owner (Dave) to the new owner (Pat), and found/find both of them to be very good natured and helpful. And the service people too (Phil retired - recently encountered the new gentleman who was great). Recently needed service for a video card and they took care of me very efficiently. I see some negative reviews on here but frankly my experience has been very satisfactory. When I went for the video card repair, I told them: "This is why I keep coming back to you guys. You know your stuff and take care of me". No black holes here... face to face service with knowledgable people. Marty from Caledonia.
