The management asked me a question so the only way I know to reply is here. Having 36-in TVs in a hotel in 2024 is ridiculous. Please upgrade the size of your hotel's TVs. The services are for because nobody went above and beyond to be friendly in fact maybe the service was only a two or three.

I stayed here for a night while I was in town for a Packers game. The service here is top notch. Everyone was kind, friendly, and accommodating. I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the two women working on 9/14. They were awesome. After covid the whole service industry has drastically changed but it’s nice to know there are people out here still taking pride in their work.

Convenient location and reasonable price. The room appeared to be very clean until I opened the fridge to place a drink in it and found leftover food from someone that stayed there previous to us. Obviously that made me then question the overall cleanliness of the rest of the room.
Breakfast was decent for it being included. One of the best we had over the past 6 nights of hotel stays while on a trip.
Might give them another chance if I were needing to stay in that area again.

This Fairfield Inn & Suites Milwaukee Airport is horrible! We stayed there for a soccer tournament. The hotel room we had was small for a two queen. The place is outdated and not clean at all. The hallways were so hot and muggy. Will not stay here again. It appears I cannot respond to the response of the owner, so I have to add more to my review. There was so much dust in our room that I had to go buy benadryl to breathe easier. The remote was sticky. The toilet, how can I forget the toilet. When the toilet flushed, it was so loud that it could be heard upstairs as I had friends upstairs who heard it. Yet, the toilet took nothing away, not the toilet paper. Yes, and we did run out of toilet paper. The quilts were yellowish and dirty. The skirts around the bed must not have been cleaned in forever. The caulking and mold around the bathroom sink were so bad. I'm sorry, the list goes on and on. Yet the week before, we stayed at Fairfield in Brookfield, WI and it was a perfect stay. I want my points back because this hotel is not worthy of me having to spend my Bonvoy points on this disgusting room. Thanks!

The staff here are stars. I got into town early and I need to drive to Green Bay and would be getting back late so I asked if there was any possibility to check in. They made it happen. That made my day and my trip so much easier. The rooms are clean and well maintained and if you need to be by the airport you are right there.

I got harassed at this hotel and the guy was working the next day. Manager didn’t care at all don’t stay here.

Recently I’ve been disappointed with several Fairfield Inns not being well-maintained over time. This one exceeded expectations. My son and I needed a simple stay for a nearby swim meet. We only stayed for one night (and skipped breakfast) but this Fairfield made an impression over many others I’ve stayed at. The staff were noticeably attentive and friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, and everything in the room was well-maintained despite this not being a brand-new hotel, including outlets (often a sore point). No complaints at all.

A dump of a motel in a total dump of an area. As you approach, there is a former motel across the street that appears to be an abandoned property. The rooms are small and crummy and shockingly overpriced. But what caused me to bother to leave a review was the rude treatment at the front desk. The room had been booked and paid for with a credit card but the employee we dealt with at the front desk insisted it had not and that we run a card again then and there. And when we asked for a roller bed to be brought to our room, she looked at us like we had three head and informed us they do not have any such things. It was like she didn’t know what a roller bed is. Her tone was rude and dismissive. We won’t be back and the inappropriate service casts other Bonvoy properties in a bad light. Google identifies this dump as a two star property. That’s generous. Don’t patronize this business.

Had an absolutely terrible experience. My car got broken into while staying at the hotel and the staff was less than helpful to say the least and were very inconsiderate. Will not be staying here again or recommending it to anyone.

Found a bed bug in my bathtub on the morning of May 16th, 2024. Even though it was clearly a bed bug, I was told it could be a tick(as if I don’t have Google). It then took ~36 hrs and me calling them repeatedly to find out any information about any level of infestation and any guidance on what to do or not do with my potentially infested belongings. Unfortunately, I left on vacation immediately upon my return from Milwaukee so my stuff is still in plastic bags a week later as the hotel offered no assistance to remediate.
