I had a small issue with a sign I had printed here, called and they were willing to help ASAP. Steve made sure to check the files and print for me and made sure I could take my sign home same day. Really appreciate the care and consideration all the team members had and would absolutely come back for more printing services in the future!

The two guys who work there go out of their way to he rude. They walk away while your saying excuse me to ask a question and disappear in back for a while to come back out and give you a one word response with an attitude. I truly think they both are miserable and want to scare customers away. Both have attitudes and give you one word answers or an answer that feels as if you are bothering them. I left with no help. I wouldn't recommend.

There is a short blonde woman that works there. I I went there around 4:30pm 7/29/24. She is very rude. And she is very unprofessional. I also went there Friday 7/26/24 around 12:15pm and she had the same attitude that she had today. At first I thought she was having an off day. But today just confirmed that she is a horrible representative for fed ex.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Manager Steve recently, and I must say he exceeded all expectations! Steve is not only super nice, but incredibly accommodating as well. His professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out to me. I highly recommend working with Manager Steve for any of your needs - you won't be disappointed!

One of the absolute rudest places I have been in a long time, and we moved here from the East Coast. I asked for a square sized, large box only after the ones I saw on display were the rectangular, large sized boxes (good for shipping a board game or something). I was met with hostility, condescension, and judgement for something I’ve been doing for years. Wow! What an unpleasant place and unhappy women. They seemingly couldn’t or wouldn’t give me the usual large sized, square, flat rate box. I changed my mind and walked out. Being new to the area, I will definitely be looking somewhere else to do business. I didn’t know something so routine and normally easy could turn so difficult.

FedEx employee stole $800 of parts from my package. Ordered some loading ramps for my truck and when I wasn't home Friday morning to sign for the delivery I asked they be held here. The following morning (Saturday) they were "out for delivery" but by mid-day Tuesday there were no updates - no tracking # scans the remainder of Sat, Sun, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. I filed a 'case' with FedEx... finally Thursday evening they re-appeared in the system as being at a local Cudahy distribution center and what remained was finally delivered a full week later here. When I picked up the box... it was a sealed up triangle mess of box and weighed ~20 lbs where the shipping label stated 56 lbs. There were no holes... it was taped shut in a triangle as compared to a normal rectangular shipping box. It was no accident. FedEx employees theives.

Drove out of the way to come here and they were closed 45 minutes before the posted time. Frustrating. Go down the road to Office Max. Super friendly and helpful staff!

If only I could leave Zero Star review I would certainly do so. The staff at this location are consistantly rude and condecending every time we go there. Don't waste your time with this location, not worth the stressful interaction with employees that truly seem to hate their jobs. We stop there several times a week and simply can't stand the thought of ever going back there again after this last episode of total disrespect shown toward FedEx's customers. FeDex is not the only show in town - check your other options for sure!

Everytime I have come in here, the lady who helps you has been rude and sarcastic. I’m unfamiliar with shipping things or returning online items. I couldn’t return it through them and asked if by chance she knew if there was a drop off box at the usps and she said idk I don’t work for the post office so no I don’t..which I understand but ok rude.. and they never help on the sake of one piece of tape needed or help with shipping a package that needs a certain label. Waste of time to go here..
