“Walking into this store was the best thing that I did while looking to transition into an iPhone. All was going well, Jermery covered all bases, and there are quite a few, to enable me to walk out the door with a new phone in hand. Plus some basic instructions on how to make it work for me rather than against me. Then a big surprise appeared, there was a lock on one of the big three credit companies. Well that called for some extra steps and some expert advice on how we should proceed. Well, the mission was still accomplished, the lock removed and I walked out the door with the iPhone in hand. Nice work at UScellular and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get into the iPhone world.”

“I entered this store irate because of so many charges that I was unaware of on my bill so I came to this location to find out what was going on with my bill. The gentleman Nick had to be the most outstanding, compassionate, outstanding, and by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only did he correct the mistakes by the previous salesperson he was able to get my charges pro rated after making numerous calls talking to different agents and wait on other customers in the store at the same time which make his customer service outstanding no cap!!!”
