“I visited the South 27th Street ATT location to resolve problems related to initial online setup (done online by an ATT tech) which resulted in TWO active cell carriers ( ATT and Verizon) on my phone!?!
Fortunately the store manager, Edwin Davila, was able to identify the multiple errors. Edwin efficiently/effectively redid the downloads, removed the Verizon software and confirmed my equipment was working as intended.
His professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm were amazing. Edwin demonstrated the epitome of outstanding customer service. ATT is fortunate to have him on their team.Sincere thanks!!!”

“Imad(I believe that was his name ) he's the younger gentleman about later 20s early 30s was extremely helpful he figured out the issue ( which cricket tech and support couldn't) and gave me a new free Sim card even though the one I had got was brand new and that seemed to fix the issue. “The employees at this store were amazing! We came in to upgrade our phones, and Brittany was absolutely outstanding. Even though the store was very busy, she stayed calm, was incredibly patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed.
We ended up being there for quite a while because my phone was acting up, but throughout the entire process Brittany kept checking on us and made sure everything was taken care of. The manager, Jake, was also fantastic - very attentive, helpful, and professional.
I can’t recommend Brittany, Jake, and this store enough!”
