“I visited the South 27th Street ATT location to resolve problems related to initial online setup (done online by an ATT tech) which resulted in TWO active cell carriers ( ATT and Verizon) on my phone!?!
Fortunately the store manager, Edwin Davila, was able to identify the multiple errors. Edwin efficiently/effectively redid the downloads, removed the Verizon software and confirmed my equipment was working as intended.
His professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm were amazing. Edwin demonstrated the epitome of outstanding customer service. ATT is fortunate to have him on their team.Sincere thanks!!!”
“Alex came in clutch!!!! Fr was having the worst day of my life with the Verizon’s insurance customer service and I came in and he helped me out like no other! I was ready to switch to T-Mobile but Alex talked me off the ledge!!! “I visited the AT&T store to have my replacement phone activated and to transfer all my data from my old phone. I was helped by Victoria, who greeted me as soon as I walked in and was ready to assist right away. After I explained why I was there, Victoria let me know that I actually qualified for an upgrade and could get a new phone instead of going through with my replacement claim. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do and went back and forth between keeping the replacement phone or purchasing the new iPhone 17
Pro Max.
Victoria was so patient and understanding throughout the whole process. She helped me complete the purchase, but when I changed my mind and decided to stick with my original plan, she was just as kind and helpful in canceling the order. Even though the store started getting busy, she managed to help other customers while still checking in on me and making sure I was taken care of. I felt bad because I was there until closing, but she never made me feel rushed.
Victoria truly went above and beyond! AT&T is lucky to have her — she provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I'II definitely be back when I'm ready to upgrade. Thank you again, Victoria!”

The process, while involved and lengthy as such things always are, was painless and not unpleasant. “I went to the ATT store in New Berlin to get my husband's phone fixed and to figure out why is was not working with a new Sim card.
Rebecca worked her magic with yet another sim card and was able to reactivate the phone. Alex and Sam were very very helpful as well. They had if fixed and got the phone operational in less than 5 minutes. Excellent customer service!

The other ATT store that we went to to get a new screen replaced we were told they couldn't fix it.
We went to where they told us to.
They could not fix the screen.
So we got a new phone and we didn't like it, so we asked to reactivate the old phone.
We were told to call customer service to have a new Sim card sent, because they do not carry sim cards at that store. We did order a new Sim card, Still nothing.
Went back to the 1st store again and was told we needed a blue 5g Sim card. We got that and nothing again. Was told by the the first store, there is nothing more they can do. The staff at the first ATT store were not helpful at all. Kind of rude at times.
So that is why we went to the ATT store in New Berlin and they told us what we were told at the first ATT store was all wrong. They could have fixed/ reactivate the old phone. We will never go back to the first ATT store.
Our go to ATT store will be the New Berlin store.
