“I visited the South 27th Street ATT location to resolve problems related to initial online setup (done online by an ATT tech) which resulted in TWO active cell carriers ( ATT and Verizon) on my phone!?!
Fortunately the store manager, Edwin Davila, was able to identify the multiple errors. Edwin efficiently/effectively redid the downloads, removed the Verizon software and confirmed my equipment was working as intended.

“Alex came in clutch!!!! Fr was having the worst day of my life with the Verizon’s insurance customer service and I came in and he helped me out like no other! “I had gone to Brookfield location for At&T near Charles swab because I had put in order 7 hours prior to pickup, when I came to pickup they said it didn't seem ready for pickup and didn't know if I would be getting the phone today. I was very disappointed so I called the location on 76th if I would be able to pick one up today and in less than 10mins I was out the door thanks to Patrick, if I ever have any problems from now on I will be going to Patrick only.”
“The employees at this store were amazing! We came in to upgrade our phones, and Brittany was absolutely outstanding. Even though the store was very busy, she stayed calm, was incredibly patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed.
We ended up being there for quite a while because my phone was acting up, but throughout the entire process Brittany kept checking on us and made sure everything was taken care of. The manager, Jake, was also fantastic - very attentive, helpful, and professional.
