Went in and within a half hour they took the part we needed replaced off, gave us a the cost for the replacement, told us the can put it on when it’s delivered in two days. We were back on the road within a half hour, able to drive, knowing the cost, and when they replacement piece will be in. Would definitely recommend this place every time for not only their fast service but the constant communication and update. Thank you!

I dropped my truck off on September 22. Since that, the owner told me every week they will check it, but he lied. Also two weeks ago, I called the owner and he promised me to check last week on Tuesday. He is not honest. Today November 5 ,2025 I pickup my truck and they didn’t do anything, they just left it outside for 45 days. He is a very bad owner the place is terrible.

Great place to stop for emissions testing. No appointment needed. Easy access off of I-94. Great service. I was in and out quickly with needed documentation.

Was in oak creek for a conference in Sept, and had a low tire indicator come on during my drive up. found oak creek automotive minutes from the hotel. I went in for air in the tire, but they determined it needed to be fixed instead. Honest, reliable service, I would highly recommend.

had an excellent experience with Lana, she provided outstanding customer service—so friendly, patient, and very professional. She made the whole visit quick and stress-free. Duane was my go to guy... but more recently i have seen hium charging exorbitantly for service of my car. When asked he said that he moved my car up the waiting line for the service where i waited for a whole day to get my car back. This was always the norm in the past where i waited a whole day. Will think twice before coming back. Paid 400 plus dollars for a simple break pads change

Absolutely horrible.
I called when my car died and specifically told them it was a Toyota Hybrid. They said have it towed over, there's a key drop off slot.
Received a call the next day and was told they don't work on hybrid systems...
$300 towing fee for no reason. More money spent on towing it to another place.
