Maybe the groomers should learn their job, not make apointments that they can't take after asking all the information regarding the dog that they will be grooming. Waste the time took the day off for lost money and still didn't get my dog groomed.

Petco has the products we like, and with the membership, pricing is very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Just the average Petco, but without enough employees for a cashier to be by the register when you need to check out.
Prepare to ring the bell at the register and wait for a while.
These stores were better before they started prioritizing their stockholders.

Did not get my pet groomed there due to Petco’s age discrimination for dogs. We went to PetSmart.

Down to one groomer and refused dual appt because my dogs had trazadone for car ride. Seriously, most places prefer calm pups. Not cool Petco. Money walking elsewhere $$$

I usually go to the Racine store, but find myself in the Oak Creek area more frequently now that I work in the area. I have ordered online for pickup a few times now and shopped around a bit here and there.
They usually have a decent amount of wet cat food from the brand we prefer, so that makes ordering a little easier. The app is less to be desired, but that has nothing to do with this location.
The location has been clean and well managed every time I have been there. I like the layout of the store. I can easily find what I'm looking for.
The staff at the checkout have always been friendly and accommodating. One time, I had a return issue and they found a great solution for me. I always have a short pleasant conversation with them during checkout.
I will be back again and again! I hope others do that same. They have a great team that is customer focused at Petco Oak Creek.

Petco is fantastic we took our Luna there to get some tests done at as it was cheaper than the regular vet. The people were fantastic and they always have her special chews.

Grooming was eh, $50 for a bath and for my dog to look and smell the same. Don’t waste your money

Store wasn't busy but yet noone was at the front register. Rang the bell sitting there and still stood there for another 10 minutes before an employee came out of the back and finally helped. Line had about 6 people waiting behind me by this point. And like I said the store wasn't busy at all

The grooming manager is so rude, I would never spend another dollar at Petco, so sad!! Then I asked for store manager and she could care less about my complaint!

One of the better Petco’s when it comes to betta fish! Their bettas are usually in good condition and in clean cups. They also will discount the fish that have been there a long time for a fast sale which is great. 4 stars because Petco as a corporation could do so much better with their betta fish but they choose not too. I appreciate the employees at this location for doing the best they can.
