So I'm doing this review on behalf of my wife
My wife has problems with her legs, so it's hard for her to get around sometimes
And they were bothering her yesterday immensely, but she was here at Pick N Save running some errands. She got up to the register. Apparently there were some snack bags of Doritos and Cheetos and some other things and there was a sign in front of the chips that mentioned all of the chips that were involved in the Sale that was going on apparently you can get for these things and when they got to the register or actually, she paid for everything and then realized that the chips didn't come off so she went to customer service and they told her point blank that there was not the certain thing that was on sale and that This sign was not in front of the chips so they were arguing with her and to me the number one rule of customer service is the customer is always right so instead of arguing, they should've believed my wife and I'm sorry if she can't walk around very much, but it has something to do with her health And I have always found that the workers here at this specific location are very argumentative and not the nicest people at least those that are in charge of this location. Personally, I think they all need to be replaced myself because I refuse to go to this location. They are grumpy as all heck And are not satisfied workers so this often projects onto the customers and I'm sorry, but this is not how to do things so I think this location needs to get its priorities straight and learn how to speak and deal with customers even into their customer service because that wasn't customer service

These grocery stores are getting ridiculous with all these checkout lanes, and nobody working them and only having R$one person working.
Like they don't know what they're doing.

Went to get pizza for my family and my neighbor and when I went to check out the worker Ana was rude and so was her manager. No where near the food did it say a limit of 5. I usually don’t go to this pick n save and now I see why

7pm and the only lanes open were self checkouts. I had a TON of groceries.

Dear Kroger : I'm shopping elsewhere from now on, where store management gives a damn about customers.

This is one of the best Pick n saves in Milwaukee. It had everything we needed. The workers were helpful and the store is very clean.

This pick and save has been so helpful. The customer service desk is amazing. The people are always pleasant. One time I had a question in floral and one of the clerks going by offered to help. You don't get better than that.

I love the people that work at this PicknSave, the cashiers, pharmacy staff, deli, and in customer service. Cindy and Linda in customer service helped me with something today and they were extremely kind and so helpful. This is a new store I shop at now and I've never been to a store this friendly, compassionate and helpful! Thank you:)
