One person working in deli 7 people waiting to be served.in the meat dept waited 15 min for someone to come out of back room. Than go to check out one person working in cash register and self service line is 12 people deep

Typical pick n save store in Oak Creek. Clean store, shop the deals on the app. Digital coupons etc

They decided to take the worst managed store in the Oak Creek area decide that was the one they were going to keep open and they've managed to make it worse. Knowing they would have increase in customers they decided to close most of their entrances especially the one for the pharmacy and dairy department. I was already limiting my shopping there due to lack of staff gor assistance and lack of choices. It is now worse. I will also be moving my prescriptions from there as well. I will go to any other store but a Kroeger owned store with its high prices, lack of customer service, variety and quality.

Sale start Wed. and Thur. morning out of sales items,never stock enough (ribs,ground chuck)miss Ryan road....Check outs stink....

I can't believe Kroger closed the store on Ryan/27th but kept this location open. Pickup service substitutes items even when you select do not substitute (happened first 2x we used this location). Pick up service is way slower than Ryan rd was once you arrive. Very disappointed this is our closest Pick N Save now, time to go back to Woodmans.
