I have nothing, but pleasant experiences with this location. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Sandra each time. She is very kind and courteous. She knows her job in and out, and makes sure she explains everything thoroughly. I recommend this location. Thank you Oak Creek Public Storage. Thank you as well, Sandy!!

Things went well for about a year. Rent started at $70 a month a year ago and now we’re up to over $150 a month for the exact same unit i moved into a year ago. not sure what’s going on but move-out day is tomorrow. Quite frustrated.

Very rude customer service rep. Or call center, whatever they use. She hung up on me all because I asked when somebody will be in the office so I can see the units, and she couldn't give me an answer

I went to several different locations to ask some questions regarding auction units and proper paperwork not provided originally. I even left messages for district manager with no call back after several attempts. After talking to corporate office they advised me to stop at a store location. Today Sandra at the Oak Creek location was able to help me with everything that I needed. If you need anything go see her and she will go above and beyond to help you out.

Never gotten a storage unit before, but Public Storage did a great job of getting me through! Especially loved working with Sandra, who helped find me the best deal and save me some money while being incredibly helpful and friendly. Great customer service and decent price!
