Daewon D. was more than helpful and patient in helping me transfer my I had massive difficulties changing my wireless phone service from AT&T to Spectrum so that I could take advantage of their one year of service for free. He was on the phone for hours dealing with the difficulties presented by AT&T. I had come in on Christmas Eve 2025 and Daewon stayed past closing time after having already been on the phone for HOURS with them. Plus every time I have come into the Drexel store I have always been helped effectively and efficiently.

I’m so happy that starlink is taking you guys out of business with the new satellite internet it is amazing, when compared to my spectrum internet I realized how slow spectrum is, download and upload are way to slow and I was being overcharged and my social security collected, with starlink they did not even collect my social, just name and address and card payment, it was that easy. And you guys charged me 100 for installation with starlink they did not charge me for installation and the router and satellite was free as well. I doubt spectrum will be here by next year

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I think it’s crazy that I have to wait in line for almost an hour for people to purchase cell phones so I can complete a simple equipment return. Why would you want to buy a cell phone from Spectrum anyway?
I was able to write this review while waiting for someone to help me.

Spectrum is not at the top of my list. Don't every order a mobile phone over the phone. The policy begins before you get it, then only allowed to weeks to be exchanged which has to be mailed in a 50 dollar restocking fee plus they reevaluate it for damage. Which I think is ridiculous because the purchaser should be there at the moment it is re-evaluate. Spectrum you have basically a monopoly on your services and no real breaks unless you bundle.

My husband and I came in here to get a router so we could get better wifi signal in our rooms. The lady that helped up told us that we could could call and get the same rate as we had been getting before the router. Came back in because my internet bill went up, and we told the gentleman what the lady had said. He told us this was not true. I am very upset and she had lied to us. I don't remember her name, but we have dealt with her before. Something needs to be done about this before she lies to more people. This was maybe 2 or 3 months ago. Not happy about this.

Went to get spectrum mobile. 2 more visits to iron problems out. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
