One of the better t-mobile locations in the area. It's very small and usually very empty, but it's connected to a buffalo wild wings and pizza place, so you really can't beat the location.

It seems, that the staff in this store don’t like to work. My visit in this store was the worst experience.Glad, that I had today a great experience at another provider after this absolutely horrible experience there.

Lied to me about the return process of "trying out" their 5g in-home internet. Lied to me about my galaxy s21+ not being elligible for the keep&switch carrier freedom promotion. Simply lied to my face just so they could make a sale instead of just helping someone switch carriers.

Got here at 10:50am. Waited in my car. Knocked on the door at 11:02. No answer. It's 11:10 now and still no one in the store, say on the door they open at 11:00 on Sundays. Can't believe I wasted 15 minutes driving down here.

I had an amazing experience here today! Came in to upgrade (I’m still technically a sprint customer, and didn’t transfer just yet today completely to t-mobile). I worked with Jose, and he helped me get an amazing deal for trading in my last phone, was very informative about what the merger means for me as a sprint customer, and was super quick with getting my phone activated, set up, and all my stuff transferred! This was the most easy and painless experience I’ve ever had in a phone store!! My family members are super excited to come get their upgrades as well. Thanks for all your help!!

I cannot imagine treating my customers the way these guys treated me -- a Sprint customer for more than 20 years. When I called about my new phone purchase options based on a busted LED screen, they ridiculed me for not using an Apple-certified service to replace a broken screen a year ago(over-the-top shaming when I clearly knew that at at point). I laughed him off because he clearly has some kind of other issue in his life. Then, I go into the store where he loudly tells all his coworkers about how he talked to me on the phone and can't believe I would have done such a thing as to have my screen repaired by someone other than apple-certified services. (once again, "thank you for stating what I clearly now know.") Then, the other guy there attempted to help me ... only to say Sprint users can't get new phones through T-mobile until they transfer all their accounts over to t-mobile. I called customer care and they said it was completely false -- they 100% should have helped me. I never had issues with Sprint for the 20+ years I was with them. With employees like the ones at this store, I am very concerned that T-mobile has bought Sprint. I certainly won't step foot in this store ever again.

Jose Rodriguez was the representative who helped me… he was highly knowledgeable and had amazing customer service!!. I recommend his service!. He normal location is 13th Lincoln so if you’re in the SouthSide area I highly recommend stopping there…. He just happened to help me at this location in Oak Creek

I had an enjoyable experience getting my new phone. The two gentlemen, Calvin and Terry, were very helpful and kept the process moving to make sure that my family and I wouldn’t have to be there all night. Their friendly customer service was greatly appreciated.

Daniel helped me today, taking a lot of his time and he was the best. He was kind and patient, and made sure things were working before I left. I am not very technically savvy so this help was priceless to me. I don’t think he realized how much this meant to me. A little kindness, patience and compassion goes a long way. He made my day! De'Artiste was a total j**** He was rude the whole time and claimed that phones could not be activated on sprint plans. Multiple other T-Mobile employees told me he was lying and just acting like a bee since I brought in my own phone. Dude was complaining about sprint the whole time. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Had to take my phone to the place down the street where they just activated the phone and I went about my business. Tell De'Artiste to quit being a b and 'work' somewhere else.
