Updated the review. The store was able to work with UPS corporate to rectify the issue to our satisfaction. While the initial experience was not quite what we had hoped, they did a great job in taking care of the problem. They took the time to fix the problem rather than just blow it off and that is much appreciated. This store was very responsive from beginning to end.

Absolutely loved my experience at this UPS Store! The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my package was securely wrapped and shipped off without a hitch. They were patient, answering all my questions with a smile. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. I was in and out in no time, and the peace of mind knowing my items were in good hands was priceless. Five stars for exceptional service! Would recommend to anyone needing shipping services!

Ramzey, is so careless it’s scary. He did a great job at explaining to me how much my refund would cost. I decided it was too expensive to do it through there so I said thank you and left. After getting in my car I realized Ramzey still had a paper of mine. I went back to the store not even 5 minutes after our interaction. I asked Ramzey if he possibly still had the paper. He quickly looked around and said “no, I would’ve set it aside if I had it”. I left once again to check my vehicle in the parking lot and it was no where to be found. I went back into the store annoyed that Ramzey didn’t take the time to look around, and asked him to do once again because I don’t have the paper. After asking him again to check the garbage, it was there crumpled up. The one form I need to actually do my return elsewhere. No apologies, just says “I didn’t know that was yours” he rambled on as I continued to tell him that him not even bothering to look for someone’s information is not okay. As I left, his female employee said “even after he looked in the garbage in for you” you mean, after I had to assertively ask him to move a few papers off the top ? Sanitize your hands and keep it pushing.

I definitely recommend this location for all shipping services, and Amazon returns the customer service is great, and the place is so much more organized and clean since the new owner took over . And the best part is they keep things moving. You don't stand around waiting too long

The delivery drivers suck. I have had 2 consecutive medicine orders go to the wrong address and now today another package delivered to the wrong address. Granted, the address is only next door but with porch pirates around, I can not watch the ther persons door. And try reaching them on the phone is not possible because you can't get passed the automated system. Get your drivers to read the correct address number so the delivery goes to the right home.

I was in desperate need of shipping Services’s. This was by far and without a doubt the greatest experience I’ve ever had at any UPS store. I was greeted with kindness and every question I had was answered. The manager showed an appreciation for me I haven’t experienced in any other store.

Normally I have had good experiences here. I was there last week however and a young blonde woman certainly could have been more polite. I was struggling to connect to the internet to get the QR code. She didn't have much patience and then said, "You don't take a picture of it!" I don't know anything about QR codes. Then she said "Press the icon next to it!" Thankfully another lady came to help and informed this young woman that I didn't have an iPhone so there is no QR icon there. I just wish younger people were more understanding. Not everyone has an iPhone or knowledge of QR codes. They need to realize this and not get impatient! Customer Service people are supposed to have patience. This experience was embarrassing for me. I'd rather not come back if I don't have to.

The driver just threw my package in the snow feet from the street. It is snowing heavily and my driveway is snow-covered. Why didn't the driver just take the package back and deliver it after the snow has stopped? I've tried to call UPS and they just put you into a circle and never answer or let you speak with a person. Never using them again!
