On April 18th their ATM machine jammed, I received $40 of the $340 I withdrew. Branch Manager Jeremy was on site, to date I have not received MY money! I work third shift and have spent at a minimum, 40 minutes every other day on the phone with the useless 24 hour number that is closed on weekends. I made an extra special trip to the store to speak with Manager, whom remembered the incident and filed a third claim, no provisional credit, no resolution. I will be closing my decade old account when this is all said and done.

I just left this branch and horrible attention. I have never been treated so badly in this bank. I have years with the bank. with personal and business account. and for the first time I have such a bad experience with a lady who seemed not to like her work, zero kindness, horrible

So I feel bad for leaving this rating but it has NO REFLECTION on Alex or Crystal...but I just came in to drop off quarters to be counted and I was told by a teller that I would have to go to the Howell Ave Branch...that this office has no way to store or wrap the quarters. I looked at this teller and said “You’re a Bank”...her reply was “Yes”. This is beyond irritating...please figure out how to accept some lose change you guys!!! You are a bank and I presented legal tender!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. What bank allows you to overdraft your account by $500!?!?!?! Allowing people to live in a constant state of overdraft fees??!?!?! But this was a different matter involving a merchant who charged me $900 for a $50 charge, the bank was less than helpful, they said that they wouldn't help me with a provisional credit but that I can overdraft my account up to $500 to get by..... Yeah this started the reasons which caused me to leave. I've been a customer for 20 years and USBank has lost my service because of the numerous errors, poor customer service and the insane fees they charge. I closed 2 of my 3 accounts, and what did they do? Linked the check card from the closed checking account to my last account that I was waiting for the final transaction to clear, instead if cancelling the card!!!!! $1.60 left in my account and they paid a $20.10 reoccurring bill (which I changed the account online to my new accounts, so I'll be having words with that company next) that card that was left open in error, charged me $36.00 in overdraft then the maintenance fee.... told them to close out everything linked with the accounts, but of course, shitty customer service and incompetence rules again. So what now? I have to wait 10 freaking business days for this to be rectified???? Are you kidding me?

This branch is conveniently located inside the new Meijer Store in Oak Creek.The staff here is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and accommodating. What more can I ask for from a bank?
