All these people are leaving bad reviews. This is the local Oak Creek post office and it provides excellent service. The problems all these people are having are actually occurring at the Oak Creek Distribution Center, which is a completely different building at a different address.

Line stacked out the door. 1.5 people working. One worker keeps coming from the back to the counter then hiding in the back. Seems they only do passport appointments No regard to postal customers

So tomorrow is my birthday and I got a hat that came from Arkansas and is in Oak Creek. Like I don't have days, months, years for something that costed alot of money only to end up sitting in a post office. If we are going to send gifts and stuff from other places and this stuff happens we're going to be in a serious problem.
