Walked in for FLU SHOT today with an almost empty store....turned me away because I didn't have an appointment....no one at PHARMACY and the turned me away... Worst example of POOR customer service I have experienced in long time...I just FIRED WALGREENS for incompetency!!!

Walgreens put the wrong medication in my bottle. When I presented it back to them they lied and said the pills in the bottle are ones they don't even carry. I live alone and no one else handles my medication. The pills they gave me did not harm me, so I would have been fine with an apology and assurance they would take care so this does not happen to anyone again. I encouraged them to check their cameras showing the medication being filled, but they only assured me they were not lying. I was not asking them to replace the medication, and the medication was not a narcotic. I am absolutely floored that they would lie about this when they should check their camera footage of when it was filled. I am sure it was an error, but owning your error and apologizing would be the responsible thing to do, and critical when dispensing medication. I have worked in an investigatory field for 21 years. I am not litigious, and want nothing from them, but will be reporting this to state reg and licensing so they will be accountable to turn over their footage, and this solely based on their propen to cover up by lying. Walgreens has a reputation for being a problematic pharmacy, and I see why.

Got to be the worst Walgreens in the area...have called 8 times since 8:00 am...'voice' transfers me to pharmacy for prescription update and line goes dead...sounds like someone picks up phone and hangs up right away...

I avoid this pharmacy as much as I can when I'm visiting my family...on 12/2 at around 5:45 pm, I went through the drive thru to pick up prescriptions for my mother. The tech who was working, RYAN, was very cold and unfriendly, even though I was smiling and being super nice, he just had this look on his face like he couldn't wait until I left. So, I gave him my bank card to pay, and he literally chucked the bag of meds and my card into the box and walked away. No "thanks" no "have a good night" NOTHING! Corporate really needs to do some work on this location and do something about the pharmacy staffs attitudes.
