Quinn assisted me for passport photos. We had to do it a few times Cause I needed it in different sizes. He was very patient with me. He was very helpful, kind, and have a great attitude.

This is one of the worst pharmacies around. Rude employees and none of them communicate with each other. They never have medications ready when they say they will. I call and get told 5 different things from 5 different people. They also over charged me for months on my medication because they did not keep my insurance information and somehow had 2 profiles for me which was messing up my prescription. Most of the women who work there have the worst attitudes. I’ve had to go into withdrawal from medications because they never have it ready on time. Stay far away from this pharmacy.

I appreciate the photos sales clerk for all her help this morning. I was in a time crunch for a last minute project for my daughter. She assisted me with uploading the photos from my phone, to the size needed for the project. She was very friendly and personable. I was in and out in a timely manner! It was a good experience!

Highly don’t recommend. I’ve never had issues at Walgreens like I do at this one. Their system is trash. I have to have my doctors send in prescriptions multiple times because they claim they never received it. I’ll submit refill requests online and they again, say they never received it. Not sure why their system is so bad and this doesn’t happen at other Walgreens. On top of that, their staff doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Nothing but rude and condescending. Will not be using in future. I gave them a couple chances, but there is an issue every time.

I have never had issues picking up scripts from Walgreens until I started using this pharmacy. There's always some hassle or issue with their system, especially if you've had a name change due to marriage/divorce. Nice people and they really do try but I'm over it. Switched to Froedtert's pharmacy on Drexel. Seamless.

Cady is such an amazing employee! (I think she is a shift lead) she helped me today and went above and beyond for me! I couldn’t be anymore thankful to have had her help me! So sweet, caring, and thoughtful! Nothing but smiles and positivity! Thank you Cady for helping me! It meant a lot!

Absolutely terrible wait times. Dropped prescription off and was told one to two hours before pickup. We got there 3 hours later and they said about 25 minutes and about an hour later still not done. Call and speak with them another 30 minutes is what was told. That would put us at 4.5 hours. It would be nice to have better communication and realistic wait time!
