A while ago, I went to Willys World and asked for an upgrade on my Toyota Tundra Capstone 2023.Heart into this car. And I cannot believe how they transformed this car into an extraordinary vehicle. I get a lot of comments on the road from all types of people. I recommend Willys World to do your chop for lifting and modifications on your car. Thank you, Team, and thank you, Willys World.

Best shop you're going to find in Wisconsin for any type of Wrangler. Willy's are legends in this space and the programs they offer and the service and knowledge of the staff are second to none. Im on my second, hopefully soon to be third, Wrangler soon and cannot recommend this spot enough. You pay the upfront cost to own a wrangler. You should invest in your investment and go with Willys every time.

5 ⭐️'s all around! Worked with Ric on purchasing a soft top for my son's jeep wrangler. Ric took the time to go through different options offered. It was an excellent experience and I really appreciate the time he spent with me. He was knowledgeable about everything, thorough with his explanations and just overall pleasant to talk with. I highly recommend if you need a jeep built or serviced!

I was returning a trailer I rented to a business when all of a sudden I hear a loud scary grinding and scraping coming from underneath my SUV. I pulled over as soon as I could to see what happened. When I realized that one of my rear shocks broke I knew I was in a jam. I was on a road but in front of a business called Willys World Customers. As I pulled out my jack to see if I could fix/repair or whatever, a specialist from Willys World came over and asked if I needed any help. I was relived that someone who wasn't even a customer of theirs was willing to give my wife, daughter, and I a hand! Tyler asked me to pull my SUV to in front of his business doors to see if he could get us on our way.. After jacking up our car, removing the rear wheel, he put the shock back on but needed to rethread where the bolt that was missing goes.. He did, spent a good 3 hours helping us, even making two trips to the parts stores to get the right parts. Ric, the owner, came over to say that Tyler was getting the right parts and he explained what had to be done to get this right. Both these guys went over and beyond what I would expect a busy business to do, but seeing I was in a jam they proceeded to get us on our way! Way to go Ric and Tyler, as I would recommend this business to anyone who wants to have someone that really cares about what they do! Thanks

I bought a 2018 JLUS and took it to their Oak Creek Location for inspection. A highly recommended place for Wrangler work by long time hobbyists. Excellent experience, and very fair pricing.

Had a great experience here with a winch install. Ric was kind enough to make a reservation at the restaurant across the street (COVID-19 protocol) so I could have a meal while I waited.

I bought a used Jeep bumper with skid plate. I drove 9 hours round trip to pick it up. Didn't realize they gave me the wrong skid plate until I installed it the next day. I checked with them and they had the correct one but would not ship it. Only pickup. Didn't matter that I was 4 1/2 hours away and I even offered to pay for shipping! I wouldn't buy from this place at all!

This place is absolutely top notch. When my wife's Wrangler was stolen and vandalized, the damage was so severe that the insurance company wanted to total it out. I took it to the Jeep dealer and they didn't even want to touch it. They were willing, however, to sell me a new "used" Wrangler for $30k... ?The insurance company sent me paperwork to sign, which would authorize them to sell it at auction and pay a few grand to the lean-holder, leaving me with a remaining loan balance of $5k, no ride, and nothing to trade at the dealership. That wasn't an option for me. So, with settlement paperwork in hand, I prayed on it and was led to call Willy's World.I honestly didn't expect for a customs shop to be able to make the repairs at a cost that would prevent the insurance company from totaling it out. But, as the saying goes, I let go and let God...then God let Rick (the owner of Willy's World). This man took time out of his busy day and drove to the auction yard, 45 minutes away, to evaluate a vehicle that was already declared a total loss.Long story short (or less long), I didn't sign the paperwork; not those papers anyway. Rather than allowing the vehicle's appearance to overwhelm him, Rick cared enough to take his time to do an honest assessment. His appraisal was ultimately accepted by the insurance company and they turned the Jeep over to Willy's World.Within no time, the team tore it down and skillfully rebuilt it with a little elbow grease, holy oil, and a spinkle of hot sauce. I just saw it today and was completely blown away by the work they did.My Jeep...I mean my wife's Jeep looks brand new! The paint job is immaculate. The leather seats are flawless. Brand new hard top, front bumper, wheels, windshield, rearview mirror, LED headlights, LED taillights, and non-LED visor clips. They even fully rewired the remote start and touchscreen. This Jeep is in better shape now than it was when I bought it!Our wedding anniversary and Christmas are both right around the corner. Needless to say, I'll definitely be back.
