Went in there as a 17 year old girl asking about my car the guy at the counter pretty much turned me away just saying to look it up on YouTube, like isn’t that what he’s supposed to be there for?? To answer my questions. Never going back.

They almost always have the parts I need or they can usually have it there the next day. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. They also price match and that includes Amazon and some RockAuto products. All I can say to someone who thinks all parts stores are the same is that staff matters when you are not 100% on what part you may need, and they have a good staff.

Always have the parts I needed except the one time I needed blinker fluid. I heard they possibly have it around April though so I will be back to check then as I am running low.

Generally, I don’t give negative feedback but the few times I’ve come to this store and bought detailing supplies, I’ve always had poor experiences with the counter salesmen. Very rude and unprofessional.
