Lori Naylor called recently about a transaction I conducted at this branch location. I had some questions which Lori quickly clarified. We are long term costumers of Associated Bank including our home mortgage. We are very satisfied with the service we received on our recent visit and the follow up phone call from Lori. Hard to find good customer service today but Lori Naylor was excellent!

This bank has ripped me off at their ATMs 3 times where the money never dispersed and yet the amount was deducted, then I had to file a dispute each time and wait 30 friggen days to get my own money back. Just a complete nightmare! And the staff just keeps getting worse all the time, lacking in common sense, they act d*** as a rock.

I am VERY unhappy with associated bank for the last 2 months I've been going back-and-forth with representatives and every one of them has guaranteed me that I would not be transferred to the Royal bank that bought out some of their branches as of yesterday I went to use my debit card and I no longer have an account I had to borrow money this is a very very very very very very big inconvenience. IF I WANTED ACCOUNTS WITH A DIFFERENT BANK I WOULD HAVE JUST GONE THERE. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IT WOULD BE -10.

My second negative experience at associate bank summit in a row. The first was cashing a check to my wife that she signed and then I signed. I was given flack about her needing to rewrite it out to me on the back. That has never even been questioned before at any bank I’ve done business with. The second was today when I came in to open sub accounts off my savings. Was told this had to go through the baker and I could sit down and wait and I’d get an estimate of the time shortly. I waited in silence for 10 minutes with no update. I walked out after the ten minutes
