I’m so sick of calling this branch for assistance. All they do is hand you off to customer service, no matter how big or small the issue is.
I worked here about a decade ago and if your customer service wasn’t top tier it was absolutely noted.
I kept the bank account because I very much valued the small bank feel of being able to talk to people I know regarding my finances — especially now that my family moved out west. But at this point it’s exhausting.

I had a checking account and savings account with Associated for 18 months and I trusted them a lot to help me financially and give me financial advice. Of course, like many banks, they failed. I reported fraud on my account and they never refunded the money back into my checking account. Eventually they took 6 weeks worth of paychecks from me. I couldn’t afford to pay for groceries and they told me a manager would call back. He never called and then when I went to the local branch to ask for help/advice. I was super professional and the banker that I had the meeting looked at me and asked me if I was related to a certain celebrity and I said no. Then she said “there’s nothing I can do for you, good luck”.

I have never had any transaction that wasn’t pleasant. The staff is friendly, efficient and conscientious. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else.

I opened up a checking account here today. Best decision I've made financially. I switched over from being with chase bank for almost 10 years. Kelly Hendricks customer service went well above and beyond what I was used too at chase. She spent valuable time with me to find the right fit for my needs. After the process was completed, I was introduced to the staff and I really felt like part of the family!! Hope you enjoy your Florida trip Laurie! Highly recommend this branch!!
