Locked me out of the system because of fraud and blamed it on my family ( It was the guy messing with my account too much), so I wasn’t able to upgrade to a new phone, then I went to the pewaukee location and the were miraculously able to get me set up right away. Never go to this location they scam you in any way possible.

Dan from the Oconomowoc store was extremely patient when helping me while working with my credit card company to remove a block on my card. He went through the entire phone, trying to determine what settings were stopping the connection. I was in the office for about an hour and he was able to successfully help me get my credit card situation resolved. Without him, I would not have been able to do this. The Oconomowoc office is extremely professional looking and the representatives were all very nice and trying to solve this issue.
