Signed up for “a great deal” at my Costco store in September 2023. Worst decision I’ve made in a while. We had issues with turning in the old phones; made to jump through unexplained hoops every step of the process. Tried to get help at the nearest AT&T store only to be told that they couldn’t help me because I purchased my phone at Costco. All of my bills are higher than promised at sign up. Called customer service multiple times and was told that my sales rep told me I agreed to a monthly bill $60 more than what I had actually agreed to when signing up in the store. Also found out there was some “next up or next level” monthly charge that I wasn’t told about nor authorized. Complained to Costco manager but they couldn’t help. Reception is horrible compared to my previous carrier. Don’t fall for the “great deal” ; it doesn’t exist!!

Went in for new phone and was given a great deal. Great customer service and a knowledgeable staff. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new phone, TV or internet provider.

Horrible customer and overall experience with this store??I purchased two new devices and lines, came back a week after to cancel the service and return the devices for many negative reasons that are not even relevant at this moment.I originally paid $500, they said I was supposed to pay a $110.00 fee for returning the phones after a week of using them (totally understood).Not only I didn’t receive the remaining $390.00 back that I paid in cash, even though I was supposed to receive the money the same way I gave it to them, instead, they said they were going to send me a check within two weeks.IT’S BEEN 2 MONTHS and I have NOT receive my $390.00. I’ve called multiple times and they always say they will return my call (Never happens).I just called a few minutes ago and a rude representative said “I don’t have time to argue about this, it’s not part of my job” so I ask, why does #AT&T hire inept and incapable people who don’t even know what they’re doing?

Dan (at the Delafield AT&T) was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly! He helped us set up 4 new iPhone 15s!! I highly recommend him if you are stopping into the delafield store! He made the new phone setups easy and enjoyable!

We went into the AT&T store in Oconomowoc today with the mindset that we would be purchasing a new phone because of the age and problems we were having with it. Patrick met us at the door and asked how he could help. He sat down with us as we explained the issues that we were having. He asked if he could look at the settings and within five minutes he fixed the problem which was related to the Active Armor app on the phone and “operator error” on our part. He was very professional and we would not hesitate to recommend this AT&T store.
