Normally the times I have filled medication it was always positive. However I just had a very negative phone call with the pharmacy. I had a medication filled last week that I’m supposed to use through next week. I’ve realized I won’t have enough. Basically the pharmacist told me I could come and get a dropper. I told her I was using the dose cup they supplied. She told me that they filled it correctly. I told her I’m 66 and know how to measure medication correctly. I never once said they didn’t fill it correctly. I just used another medication dose cup and measured 5 ml of water , then put in dose cup the pharmacy provided me and it is measured correctly. So….

This pharmacy is helpful where is Walgreens in Hartford wasn't I just transferred from there today and they had my prescriptions ready within an hour

The pharmacist’s are nice but there is a pharmacy tech who is just plain nasty every time I stop. She gave me the wrong information about getting my meds when I was going out of town. It caused me so much trouble that I switched pharmacies.

Been coming here for a while and will not be changing pharmacies. I used Walgreens before, after several issues with them refilling prescriptions, and decided to give the Aurora pharmacy a try. It's night and day, the staff is super friendly, it's always clean, and they process my refills super fast. Highly recommend them.

They don’t tell you that you can’t use Good Rx on pet medicine until you get there to pick it up. I called before having prescription sent there and asked this exact question! What a waste of time!

The Summit Ave pharmacy location needs to have the staff who answer the telephone take a class on telephone etiquette and professionalism. It is very frustrating being placed on hold for longer periods or through the cycle where the desk is automatically called back only to have the person lack etiquette. This place always comes across as if you’re bothering them. Never a “Hello”, “Thank you”, or “Good Bye”. These people are less friendly than Walgreens. If it was not for their hour of operation I’d choose a different pharmacy.

I ask for non child proof caps - she changed 2 prescription from child proof caps to 2 different child proof caps and left the 3rd prescription with a child proof cap! Now I have to go to my daughters house when she’s done with work so she can open them forMe!

Prices are better than Walgreens. Fill your script much faster. However, once in a while they need a day to get some prescriptions in stock. Very good service as well.
