“I use Naylor’s Automotive for most all of my car repair. Not only is Gary honest and trustworthy but he is also great at fixing any model vehicle at a very comparable price. My wife and I were buying a used car and wanted a third party inspection. Naylor got us in the garage the following day, even after a nasty snow storm the prior evening. He inspected the vehicle and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg to do it. I feel so much better about purchasing a used car after Gary takes a look. “Received a message on my EV and check engine light came on. My usual shop was too busy and a second shop told me I had to go to a dealer for this particular problem. Another dealer closer by my home was booked out, so I called Ewald service and I am so glad that's where I ended up! I had a superior experience from beginning to end. From phone call to payment, Ewald employees were respectful and patient. They answered my questions, and service was provided more quickly and less expensively than I anticipated. Even filled my tires and washed my windshield. Also, their waiting room is clean and comfortable with complimentary coffee and canned drinks. “I stopped by, no appointment, with my daughters car. There was a slow leak and needed to have it repaired prior to driving back to school the next day.
The two people I interacted with were poliet and very accomodating. They took a look, and told me they could sneak me in if I came back around 1:00 PM. I arrived at one and they had me out by 1:45.
They did not try to sell me various add on's and said the tires, although wearing would be good for now. I asked for a rotation and they even suggested keeping the tires where they were for now and rotate at the next oil change.
Great service, no hard upsell, and did what they said they would do. I'll be back when I need to replace the tires next spring.”
