“My Honda Pilot suffered major hail damage in May. I took it to Caliber in Oconomowoc for the repairs. They reinspected the damage and identified over $6000 worth of work that Allstate had missed or overlooked. Julie at Caliber gets 5 stars for keeping me in the loop (2-3 times a week) on the progress of my repairs. They completed the repairs 6 days earlier than quoted. The Pilot looks brand new with zero signs of the hail damage. I’ll bring my vehicle back should I ever need bodywork again. I’ll be letting all of my friends and family know the outstanding job they did.”

“I use Naylor’s Automotive for most all of my car repair. Not only is Gary honest and trustworthy but he is also great at fixing any model vehicle at a very comparable price. My wife and I were buying a used car and wanted a third party inspection. Naylor got us in the garage the following day, even after a nasty snow storm the prior evening. He inspected the vehicle and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg to do it. I feel so much better about purchasing a used car after Gary takes a look. “The work truck had a little puddle underneath. Needed to get it fixed asap. Did a walk in. Was helped by Michael Thorpe. He was straight up and didn’t make empty promises. So I left it hoping for the best. My expectations were surpassed. Checked the status through the link and saw that it was being inspected. He called me later to tell me they found the problem and were waiting on the parts. That it would be done the following day first thing in the morning. Got another call a few hours later and was told it was finished. They got me fixed up the same day. Really terrific customer service. I travel a lot for work this was by far the best experience on getting a repair. Genuinely impressed. Thank you all!”
