“Heading on a road trip to Florida, and my AC doesn’t work. As with everything, I waited till the last minute and called around in Oconomowoc. No one was able to get me in, except for Andy. Everything was amazing, the east of the call, getting an appointment ASAP, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue same day (even offered a car loaner). Amazing price and charged only for the broken things. I really can’t say enough good things. Thanks so much Andy!!!!!!”

“Mike S. took care of my vehicle and was up front and transparent about everything my vehicle needed. Great service work. They also offered a courtesy vehicle while my car was getting work done, which was appreciated but not needed. My only gripe (not a big deal due to my vehicle being done slightly earlier than expected) is that I had to call to get updates on my vehicle. I'm not sure if there is a texting feature for status updates for vehicles. Overall, great work! I'll be back for sure.”

“I use Naylor’s Automotive for most all of my car repair. Not only is Gary honest and trustworthy but he is also great at fixing any model vehicle at a very comparable price. My wife and I were buying a used car and wanted a third party inspection. Naylor got us in the garage the following day, even after a nasty snow storm the prior evening. He inspected the vehicle and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg to do it. I feel so much better about purchasing a used car after Gary takes a look. “I want to give a shout out to Gesell's Automotive Service for taking the extra step with my car! If it wasn't for the crew at Gesell's Auto who knows where I would be. I took my car into them because my check engine light was on and my backyard mechanic couldn't figure it out! That was nothing major, it was my gas cap, but doing a few of their simple double checks before they release your car back to you, the crew found a major problem with my gas sensor. They fixed that along with a few loose nuts or bolts ( I'm not sure which) what I do know is I had someone force me off the road the other day and if it wasn't for them taking the time to check my car over, I don't think Dee and I would be here today! Your knowledge and care saved my life!You guys ROCK Thank you !!!”

My truck had to be in the shop for a while, and Drew helped me get a loaner truck (so I could work) while mine was in the shop. Their technicians are great at what they do, and Drew walked me through everything when I picked up my truck. It sucks to have a vehicle in the shop, but if you have to DREW and his technicians... you are in good hands! Myles paid close attention to the details of my vehicle and noticed flat spots on my rear tires and knew the cause and told me what needed to be done. “The Good: I brought my truck in To get my tires done and get my front brakes and rotors done. They put NEW tires on like 2024 tires. Not last year, new tires. They were completed and feel great especially being under warranty. My microphone on my phone didn’t work so they were kind enough to text and email me with any updates questions or concerns. Literally probably the best customer service I’ve ever had from a mechanic shop. Clean, new and many places to eat around the shop to wait for your vehicle.The Frustrating: I dropped my Truck off Saturday Late morning to be serviced Brakes and tires. I was told I can pick it up Monday. I picked my vehicle up on Tuesday afternoon after missing a day of work. It was prolonged because They said their brake guy had called off on Monday and the truck couldn’t be serviced (Only one brake guy?!). My tire caps which I knew I should have removed before service and suggested it but they said it would be fine .. were tightened way too tight, These are just plastic caps! One had even broke and again tightened way, way to tight and uneven. I didn’t specify but got the same tires that I already had on my truck. The white lettering was facing out ward so I could proudly represent the Firestone brand. When they put the new tires on they put the white lettering on the inside. I didn’t however specify and they didn’t ask like previous shops. But i assumed they’d do the same. But over all things went well I received what I needed. Sometimes things come up and life ain’t easy being a mechanic.Thank you Firestone. I still had a great experience.”
“I'm a car guy and have worked with many shops over the last 30 years. This group is simply the best! They will address the problem and only repair what needs to be repaired. Sounds simple right? This is not the case with many shops... trust me, I could give you list. As I car guy I do a fair amount of work on my older classic cars and know when I'm being taken for a ride. I also know when I need an expert service tech to make it right! The owner Troy is upfront, honest with a deep background on cars and he always goes out of his way to put the customer first. The service techs are some of the top people I've had the pleasure to work with and they know how to trouble shoot the problem. They also work on many different makes and models... Toyota, GM, Honda, Acura, Chrysler, Lexus BMW etc... By writing this review and sharing the secrets behind this shop... I suspect I've created a longer wait time the next time my car needs service? It's worth it, good people should get the recognition. If you live in the Lake Country area, you cant go wrong with this shop. In short, great group of people you can trust. Greg G”
