“Our family has worked with Jim O'Connor through 4 vehicle purchases (one for each driver in our home.) Each time was excellent from customer service, to making us feel like family, to providing reliable and excellent vehicles. The entire process was pressureless each time, yet handled in such a manner that we will not look elsewhere. Thank you Laura and Geoff, you have made us all lifetime customers!”
“Lydia was great to work with, facilitating a test drive, finding the exact vehicle we wanted, and answering all our questions - all with no pressure throughout the process. Financing was able to secure a better rate than we had been pre-approved for.”

“I had my 2017 Pacifica's engine repaired at Ewald CDJR in Oconomowoc. The service manager, Kevin, did a great job of managing things and ensuring a positive outcome, even after a setback. I usually do most of my own auto repairs, but didn't have the time for this one. I would take my vehicle back in the future for service.”

“We purchased a used 2023 Corvette on August 28.
The sales consultant, Andrew Jozefacki did a very good communicating with us. Since we had vacation planned, he kept me informed about the car. I understand he is new to the job, I feel he will just get better as time goes on. Great job Andrew !”
