The staff was pretty awesome, they helped me square away an extra vehicle I added on accident. The car wash itself is MID. I don't know how often they clean or replace the mitter cloth on the rollers, or if they considered hydraulic oil getting into the filtration system of their reclaimed water system, but it honestly isn't that great. Left a film that you can wipe away with your finger, and streaks and soap spots everywhere. Honestly the neighboring gas station car wash does a better job. Will be cancelling my monthly subscription when it closes at the end of the month. Outstanding staff, if that means anything for your clean car.

Positively terrible customer service. I have had a car wash membership for years but when I bought new cars the hassle to transfer the membership to my new vehicles is all but impossible. They require vehicle registration paperwork well My vehicles were purchased out of state so who knows how long it will take to receive my registration. Showing them proof of insurance which is always what has been required in the past is no longer enough.
So instead of everyone seeing my clean car they will be asking why it’s dirty and I will be happy to tell them how I was treated at Bubbles Car Wash

We have had the Bubble's Best Household package since Bubble's first came to Oconomowoc. It is such a nice luxury to have such an awesome place right down the street from us. The owners and staff have always worked with us and we have appreciated our great relationship. The results of the washes are second to none. Thank you Bubbles!

Deleting my previous one-star review after the manager reached out to me and I got another car wash and inspected everything myself. I do agree now that my Wheels were not damaged by this car wash. Had a great experience and they gave me a free dashboard wipe and air freshener play at 10 different kinds that was pretty cool and it's included in the membership I guess I figured out where the towels were they're inside the door so they don't freeze outside. Ignore the pictures I can't seem to delete them

Going there since it opened, always having trouble reading plates but never truly fixed. Sat there while over 10 cars went around me. Tried blowing the horn but just stand there with a deer in the headlight look. Called but phones worked as good as the plate scanner. CANCELED membership today.

Bubbles is hands down the best car wash. Free vacuums, the best window cleaning spray, and complimentary dash wipes & air freshner. The wash is a touch wash, and it is amazing.

Top of the line wash pkg...rims keep coming out dirty and the tire shine hasn't worked for weeks to months.. still charge me full price tho!!!???

We were at the wash Tuesday morning at 10:30.
No prewash was applied to our car so it came out with bugs and sap remaining.
All the vacuum bays were full so there was nowhere to dry the car.
Very inefficient operation this morning!

They don’t have enough vacuums. Been there two times now where I was asked to leave when waiting off to the sidefor a vacuum. Save yourself some time and go to Jillys…. They have a lot of vacuum spaces.

We have the corporate plan which covers all our company cars. No excuse to not have a clean car. Vacuuming is convenient & they always have a nice supply of towels to wipe cars down. Even though it’s busy, they move cars through efficiently.

They messed my buddies pickup up and won't own up to it and make it right! Definitely don't take anything to them to get washed
